Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyThe place is located in the center, just a few minutes off Zion square. The room was small but it had all that I needed for a stay of 1 night. The place has amazing potential however it seems as it has been left to run its course, it was not quite clean, rather run down. I think the owners should invest a bit into renovation (thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint could go a long way) . All in all, considering the price, I got what I paid for. No more, no less. A nice touch was a coffee station on the entrance floor.

UkraineThe room is located in a basement, with no windows and high humidity. So be ready to sleep with AC on and everything that goes with that.
Great location in the center of the city, cheap option to stay for a night.

FranceWe were in the basement (3 rooms there out of 10 I think) so no window but that’s okay. The worst thing was the smell, a very strong smell of moisture in the room and we checked and inside the wardrobe it was full moisture. Second point was the ventilation that waw 24/7 (I think to avoid moistures) but just over our head on the bed so hard to sleep plus the bed was close to the wall that smell moisture a lot so we couldn’t use all the bed to sleep because it was too hard. And last point the shower part where the water comes from was linking from everywhere so it puts water everywhere (but this is just for improvement it is not really a problem)
It was better than google comments because I think they made changes. The painting seemed fresh. The shower was very warm. There was a smart TV. The wifi was ok depending the hours. The owner answered fast on whatsapp. There was a small fridge and AC in the room. There is a common area with a table, chairs, microwave, a boiler and a small fridge.

RomaniaIn the description it doesn't say the room has no windows. Also there was a fan always on at the head of the bed.
Location next to Jaffa st., good shower, tv and fridge working, good communication with staff.

IsraelNo refrigerator working. The little ref inside the room isn't working so we tried to use the ref outside but it's not working too. The bathroom sink faucet is leaking so it's cabinet is all rotting and need to be fixed. Also the bedsheets and stuffs are clean but smells like too much fabric softener has been used, so I didn't slept all night with this. Keep up the rooms clean and comfortable. Thanks!
The place is in perfect location. Clean room too.

GermanyThe air conditioning in my room did not work (went off after 2 minutes). I contacted the owner but the response came after 24 hours and I only stayed for 2 nights so I went along with it. Fortunately, it wasn't hot during the 2 days I was there. The bathroom smelled funny.
Location - it's right there in the city centre.

IsraelGood value for money. They try to do the best out of very small rooms they have. Not everything works. But if you call them, they will try to help. Don't fall for the explanation "The air-conditioners and cable TV do not work in the whole place at the moment" - in some rooms they do work, you just need to figure it out how.

RomaniaThe room smelled moldy. It was cleaned, but not clean, if you know what I mean. The shared spaces were kind of dirty. The pillows were just.... dusgustingly old and dirty.
Location was very nice, close to the old city of Jerusalem. The Deluxe room had a private bathroom and a big flat screen

FrancePay attention that this nice place sometimes without windows in rooms is NOT an HOTEL ! There is nobody to guest or chek in and out. The informations given by Booking are false. There is a very good internet but no coffee machine, no kettle, no hairdryer, in bedroom. The bedroom is not clean everyday but a man come everyday to clean the commun areas.
This house is very well situated. The room was clean enough and the bed was very good. The kitchen is having everything we need for cooking. Cafe, chocolate, tea, sugar are given free. The shower is hot enough on evening, only if you press the douk button and wait 15 minutes.
