Shower was broken, water coming out of all sides of the shower head. Floor was sticky and oily as if they just mop it once a week. The bed sheets had hair and the smell of a girl perfume, I was too tired to start complaining. No table or chair to place your stuff on.

Was very uncomfortable to make check in. Not listed. I came tovthe hotel and another couple was looking for the same. Service was not good. My room with was in basement had no e_ net access. Not even wifi or 4g. On the webpagw it was not listed that it is in basement. The room looked weird. Also smell was awful. By the bed inside of the wall was open area and almost rats were coming inside. It was awful smell, I asked manager of the hotel at least to close the stinking area. Manager was very rude. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Good it was 1 night, not more. Be careful

The location was perfect as I had booked last year when I had traveled close proxmiities to the holy sites and old city . my husband & I felt very privileged with Shmel taking care.of us and his friendly disposition We plan to come back next year to Space Art🎨

The room I stayed in had a car park right outside which was used throughout the night making it very difficult to get a decent sleep, even wearing ear plugs. Also, the music from a nearby club/pub seemed to go on all night which was also extremely intrusive.

The location was fine in terms of being close to the light rail and within easy walking distance of the Old City as well as shops/cafes etc.

It is walkable to everywhere - Old City and the downdown is just down of street only from the hotel's doorstep. Bed is comfortable and clean.

The room was located in the basement, was smaller and the condition didnt resembel the Photos. I felt a little scared when I climbed down the stairs on my own in the evening. Also staff is not present 24/7. Maybe female Single travellers cam Take this into consideration. The room hat no Window and the Ventilation System made noise all the time.

Everything but the position

Just the position, in the town center. The room is big but it used to be a depot! It is into an annexe with access from a dirty terrace full of garbage. In the room rains! No staff at all, they don't even answer if you say it is raining in your room. Air conditioning had never been clean up since years... Small Animals walking out from toilet, there is no toilet bassin so you have to use the one in the kitchen...but it has an obstruction and nobody will never fix it. All and corridor like nobody cares about it. The worst hotel I've ever been. Call it hostel, low price and it is ok, but please, don't call it hotel again!

Disgusting dirty room. Pillows meant for the trash. Mouldy bathroom. Gap between door edge which t you can see into room from hallway. No spa, wellness centre or kitchen as stated. Drug addicts offering drugs and sex to my daughter. Next to nightclub back door does not shut. Owners no help at all. DO NOT STAY HERE

I was very nervous when i booked this reservation after reading the reviews, but I have to say I am sort of shocked, a found the room great, especially for the price, there was a bit of a smell due to the fact that our room had no windows, but besides that it was perfect. I feel that the comments were extremely exaggerated, and while this place is far from five star accommodation, it is amazing for the price.

There was anyone to receive us. Moreover nobody send us the password to enter to our room. We could hardly communicate with the runner of our room. Our room's door was at a backyard and two times someone tried to get in. We felt very unsafe. Furthermore, the room was not clean enough.

1. THE HOTEL IS UNCLEAN - When we arrived to our room, the bed sheet was not cleaned at all! It has stains and it was very crumpled. Others from our group found hairs and bits and pieces of food on the side of their bed. 2. WE DID NOT FEEL SECURE DURING OUR STAY - We found out that any key issued to the guests can open up any doors inside the hotel. 3. NO SERVICE PROVIDED AT ALL - During our 4-night stay, our room was cleaned only once. And they only changed the sheets but never removed the trash. Our friends did not even get towels. 4. NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER - In our entire stay, we did not have a warm bath at all. The water was too cold every morning we take a shower. No matter whether it is 5, 6, 7 or 8 am, the water is still very very cold!

Awful stay, didn't see any staff at all, had to communicate via WhatsApp to get into room, cigarette burns in the mattress, the mattress was dirty. Loud crying from children at 1am, dirty communal areas, broken things piled up. Area outside didn't seem particularly safe at night, very poor value for money.
