IndiaWe felt cheated...the hotel stated it had air conditioning whereas it was only offering heating at 24 degrees centigrade. Isrotel should know that globally air-conditioning as an amenity is giving the traveller the option to set the room temperature to their comfort. We might as well have taken options where there was no air-conditioning at much lesser rates. Management response to the discomfort our group of 7 members faced was disappointing. They stated that we had been offered fans in the room which is a blatant lie that the duty manager came up with. Infact when we requested for fans we were informed the hotel does not have this provision. Overall we are very disappointed since we were not rested after our stay which is what travellers look forward to after a day of travelling.
Breakfast spread was really good.

IsraelThere were some mistakes made at check-in and although they were polite, it took a while and was stressful. The cleaning staff knocked half an hour before our check-out time. Then a hotel staff member came 5 minutes before our check-out time. I told her my wife was nursing the baby. She said 'no problem'. Then at 5 minutes after check-out time the security guard knocked on the door. I told him my wife was nursing. He was nice and everything, but why do they have to keep bothering us before the check-out time and then send up the security guard 5 minutes after check-out when I told them my wife was nursing. I can understand 30 minues after. But 5 minutes?
It was clean. The lobby was big and nice. The staff was generally helpful and corteous. The breakfast had almost everything possible for a kosher breakfast. They had nice guitar music in the lobby the evening we were there.

Franceseveral things were totally disappointing: - security : very dangerous to swim in the lake on Saturday, boats and scooters go close to us - Noise : AWFUL in the dining room : wait 30’ to have breakfast and had to put some earplugs - the hotel let people from outside go into the swimming pool to spend the day : you can not find a place or having time in the pool - You really should set up the place to swim in the lake
