Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelWhat would be good for a soft mattress on top of the outside bed? Also, some lighting to be on at night under the sink so it's easier to find your way around the bathroom, especially if you are of senior age.
First, we were greeted when we arrived. Alona at reception was so helpful. Our luggage was then taken to our room. Our room had our own outside space, a bed, and direct access to the pool. Being senior citizens, because the room had a bath, they changed our room to one with a walk-in shower. The pool area and pool bar were great. The outside seating area also was great,. The breakfast was fantastic.

IsraelThe biggest and only issue we had, and we compared it between all of the couples we traveled with, was that the mattress of the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
The hotel's lobby is very pleasant and clean. The staff is very helpful and tries to minimize the wait time. I've been to Eilat a dozen times, and the hotel's location is very good but not perfect. It's a 3-4 minute walk from the Ice Mall, but it's about 20 minutes from the Mall Ayam Mall. There are many parking spaces, and we didn't have trouble finding one near our room. We loved it that we don't have to "worry" about the view because all of the rooms are facing toward the pool (which is enormous) The rooms are very clean and well organized with a clothing closet, a sofa, a decent balcony, and a very big bathroom. We went 3 couples and a baby, we had to request again at the reception to bring the baby's bed but they said it's a common procedure. The pool is one of the biggest I've been to, and the biggest one in Israel. You have a lot of places to sit, sunbathe, and multiple places to enter the pool, please note that the pool is not deeper than 1.15M. You can also buy food and eat it beside the pool at decent prices compared to Israeli prices.

IsraelThe Family Pool-View Room, and all family rooms from my understanding (the 48M2 ones), Are actually 2 adjoining rooms that are connected together via doors. This is less useful for a solo traveler like me, since i do not have any real use for 2 rooms. The automatic power-off system is based on movement and so results in problems charging your devices when you are not in the room, or simply not moving much. It would be nice to have some more amenities included, especially robes and slippers. Parking is somewhat of an issue, but there is a "corridor" between the hotel and Leonardo hotel nearby, where there is always space; this however results in quite a long walk from the lobby to the car.
The Breakfast was excellent, and consisted of the usual dairy selection that can be found in Israeli Hotels. There were also lots of sweets, fish base dishes and so on. It was about 80% the same, but with some variability daily. The room was always very clean, both on arrival and after the daily cleaning.

DenmarkWe were here during school holidays so it was busy. Breakfast was super busy. There was enough food and the staff doing their best. A lot of people were blasting their own music on those boomboxes. So it was loud.
Beautiful pool and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff is really nice and attentive.

United KingdomFabulous hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony area and with tea and coffee and toiletries provided (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, moisturiser). The pool area was amazing and the breakfast was insane, more choice than you could ever possibly need! Only about 10 mins walk to the beach. There are some building works just outside the hotel but once completed the area outside should be nice too and the noise can't be heard from the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel!
