Large well designed room, good location, free parking, great pools and food and drinks available in near the pools which is reasonable cost. Beautiful gardens and landscaping. Plenty of free loungers. Great for families ad lots for kids to do.

The manager Revital was so nice and friendly as well as her staff. The hotel itself was located in a perfect spot right near all the shops and restaurants as well as the boardwalk/ocean view. We loved how friendly and welcoming all the people who work on the hotel were, whether it be the cleaning crew, front desk, or the manager herself every one was so kind and welcoming and I highly recommend everyone coming to eilat for a nice getaway should definitely stay here!

had an issue with clerk at the hotel who mistakenly charged the full amount due pre-arrival, then realized her mistake, tried to reverse the transaction but amount was deducted from my credit card and will only be refunded in 1 month. had to then repay the hotel again

Parking is a big problem. No room at the hotel parking no matter what time you try and only 2 charging stations (that are constantly occupied by cars that finished charging many many hours earlier. We had to park elsewhere and pay for parking.

Great location, the room is clean and spacious, the staff is friendly. There is a convenience store at the hotel - it turned out to be very useful!

Need to wake up really early, in order to get a place by the pool with chairs / ledges. By 9:00 it is full already. There is no private beach. Need to pay extra for chairs / ledges on the beach.

The room was clean, pleasant, with big porch. Room service was frequent. The location is close to the beach, 3 minutes walk. The location is close to the shopping promenade and large amount of restaurants around. The food in the hotel is great, there are 3 different restaurants.

We loved the location of the hotel which is near to attractions, a big mall, and restaurants. A new Asian restaurant that has a rich Gluten-Free menu. The pool was fantastic.

A lot of the staff in the dinning room could not speak Hebrew or English at all, I mean zero so was hard communicating with them. Also someone stole my son’s shoes from the pool, that was upsetting for my son.

Great location, rooms were very comfortable, the pool was clean and the kids loved it. The several restaurants around the hotel next to the reception were great. Really enjoyed our stay will come again.

During the check-in the receptionist was not happy to see us at all and was rolling her eyes at every question. This wasn’t a nice first impression but all the rest was fine.

Green pool area makes it cozy and gives shadow. The rooms with the pool access are great, with the loan and beds in front of them. Asian restaurant was very good.

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels, but this one definitely takes the cake. It was flawless from start to finish—from the moment I stepped in the door until I left. The room was spacious and chic, consisting of two areas with modern design elements that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. And the staff was incredible: they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! It was a pleasure to enjoy this hotel and I would definitely recommend it for a business trip or just for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to many tourist attractions, like the beach and shopping centers. I found it easy to move around the city thanks to its location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good facilities, and convenience. Special thanks to the rooms division manager Ms. Revital, she does a great job solving even minor problems that guests can have. I really appreciated her professional and prudent approach to her work; she is really a dream manager for any hotel chain, a manager to learn from. Great breakfast and dinner, plenty of options to choose from, a large diversified pool area, wine, soft drinks, and fruits in the room. Whatever you desire, this hotel has this! My sincere thanks for a perfect stay and I'll definitely be back!
