Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent location in old Jaffa, close to bus stop and light rail stop. Close to clock tower and the flea market. Comfortable stay!

This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very quick to respond and attentive to my arrival. The room was great and the bed very comfy. Overall a good landing spot.

Everything was good
Staying in a hotel was just a wonderful time! The place was clean, close to Jaffa tower, close to the beach. AC worked perfect, the bed was very good, we had very nice sleep there. Thank you very much for stay!

A little bit difficult to find the precise address on maps.me, but there is a pic of the entrance door on booking.com

Amazing stay at the King Gallery Boutique Hotel in Jaffa, Tel Aviv! I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at the King Gallery Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect—situated in the heart of Jaffa and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Eitan and his team were incredibly helpful and made my stay truly enjoyable. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures—clean and beautifully decorated. Eitan went above and beyond to assist me when my flight was canceled, and he graciously arranged for a late check-out since my new flight wasn’t until the evening. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the center of Jaffa with supermarkets, cafés, and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. Throughout my stay, I always felt safe and comfortable, and I met so many friendly and helpful people. I will definitely return to the King Gallery Boutique Hotel every time I visit Jaffa. Thank you, Nils.

I recently stayed at the King Gallery Hotel in Tel Aviv and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's unique blend of charming Arabic floors and modern amenities creates a special ambiance. The rooms are spacious, beautifully renovated, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Old Jaffa and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The service was top-notch, with Ethan managing everything professionally and courteously. The rooftop terrace was a delightful bonus. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Tel Aviv!

When you first see the building you dont feel like its a hotel but when you enter and go up to your rooms then you guys will be amazed there is a saying 'dont judge a book by its cover' i felt the same

Excellent location. Close to the Pishpeshim market, the boardwalk, Bloomfield Stadium. The light rail passes just a few meters from the hotel. clean room. Very spacious. Large shower Suitable for couples.

Prime location in Jaffa Very nice room which was clean and cosy. We had all we need for a romantic night. Eitan was very friendly and greatful for our stay at his place.

I liked everything ☺️
Great location, in the midst of Jaffa bustling action ,few minutes from some great restaurants and night life and a ten minute walk from the beach. There's a great roof top resting area. The self check in system allows you to check in at all hours which is a great convenience.
