It’s right next to the light rail, which is very convenient, but it’s also noisy. Every time a train pulled up I heard the bell, even with the balcony door closed.

This hotel is in the most perfect position. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I was given a free upgrade to a better room. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom.

Unparalleled location at the corner of King George and Yaffa. Walking distance to Machane Yehuda and the Old City. Excellent value!!! For the price I paid I do not expect a five star hotel. It completely met my needs and expectations for a short stay in the center of Jerusalem. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Excellent breakfast with many choices. I would stay here again

I once stayed in a classic room with a balcony and the shower size was bigger than the one I had in my room now which was also a classic room with a balcony. But overall a great stay!

They were able to accommodate my new dates for free when it was too late to cancel my original dates. Additionally, my room was ready early with a room upgrade. I stayed at this place quite a few times and will come back to this hotel. Comfortable beds and location is great. Very close to the light rail and many restaurants.

I always book non-smoking hotels because smoke really bothers me. This one said non smoking but people smoke out on the balconies so it comes right up into the room.

The staff was great! I only got to stay 1 night of the 3 that I was booked for due to changing circumstances. They were very gracious.

Nothing - all was perfect

The location was superb. Few minutes walk to Mahane Yehuda market, 10 minutes to the old city. The rail line station a minute from the hotel. My room, a double room was big, clean, had a big balcony overlooking the city. I had also small kitchen, with sink, table, microwave, fridge and teapot. Staff were very friendly and helpful

It is very nice place to stay for couple of days in Jerusalem. The owners are really great people, very heplful with everything, staff is also very smart. Hotel is situated in a perfect place, you can walk to Old City or use tram. Breakfast was AMAZING, very many options to choose from, and very tasty food. Our room was clean, quiet with good aircondition. But what is the best - is the atmosphere of the hotel, you feel very good and at ease. You can leave your luggage at the reception if necessary.

Fabulous hotel in Jerusalem, very nice breakfast. Beautiful room with balcony, nice comfy bed. Very central location to public transport and walking distance to the old city .

The fact that it was 3 bedrooms were a stretch. It’s a tight space. One of the showers was not working well, leaked everywhere and took forever to get warm. Shower doors were falling off the wall. Having huge propaganda stickers in each room was also not a comfortable feeling. It’s also time to upgrade the keys. Too bulky to walk around with 3 keys and key chains.

The location is perfect for touring all around the old city, the market and the shops. So close to the tram line is a bonus. The beds were comfortable. The staff was responsive.
