Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelThe only downside was the neighborhood. There are no shops, supermarkets, or 24/7 markets nearby, which made it inconvenient for quick purchases or emergencies. I also noticed there wasn’t a pharmacy close by, which could be an issue if someone needed medicine urgently. I believe the hotel could be even better if they added a small restaurant and a gym. With these additions, it would easily be a 10/10 experience.
Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this cozy and friendly hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist, a young lady who was exceptionally friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. Her dedication and professionalism truly made my stay special. I sincerely hope the hotel owner recognizes her hard work—she absolutely deserves a bonus! The cleaning service was excellent. My room was always spotless, and they provided everything I needed without me having to ask. The housekeeping staff was polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is small but very cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The only downside was the neighborhood. We’ve received an upgrade. Everything featured in the promotional materials and photos was present and fulfilled. The hotel is new, the location is very convenient for the Florentin quarter visitors, it’s also as close as a 15 min walk from the old Yaffo district shoreline entrance and is reachable by all public transport means. Thanks to the wonderful hosts as well for making our stay pleasant.

IsraelThe breakfast is outside the hotel (across the road) and has a very specific menu, that was at quite a significant additional fee.
The hotel is very quaint and charming, clean and central. I was extremely impressed by the helpfulness and care of the staff especially at reception- they really create a calm environment and cater to every possible need.

RussiaEverything was great!
I stayed with my son for 9 nights at the Mulan hotel. We love staying there! it's a great location you can walk to the beach 20 min you can walk to the main sightseeing ( like Neve Tzedek) about 20 min. It's safe district, lot's of young people, vibe of creativity, lot's of nice cafes, bakeries, local shops with all groceries you need, Levinskiy market is also about 15 min walk. Awesome transportation from the hotel you can walk to the train station HaHAgana and take a train to the airport (15 min).

IsraelThe area seems to be a little taff but it’s changing everyday
an incredible new place a few blocks from the florentine shuk and all its night bars where all the populations of the world meet. everything is new in the hotel (let's hope it stays that way) and in very good taste. really almost no false notes. an extraordinary cleanliness, with excellent bedding, functional and very tasteful bathroom, a smiling and welcoming staff who really want to please, it's rare enough to emphasize it. in short a real surprise for me who travels a lot. as Genius 3 level in booking they upgraded me in a better room . thanks to booking and the hotel staff

Hotel is really clean and smells really nice. Staff are friendly and happy to help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend the Mulan hotel to friends and family. The hotel looks just like the photos. The staff are definitely proud of their work and the hotel they work in.

CanadaI wish there had been someplace to lay out my suitcase other than the bed. There were many open shelves along one wall which would have been fine if I was unpacking but there was still no place to put my suitcase other than the floor.
Very good place to stay for a reasonable price. Note that if you book the discount room it has no windows. I asked to move to a room with windows and paid a bit more. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It's not luxury but it was excellent for my one-night stay.
