Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwedenSuper slow wifi and super slow elevators! Our bathroom was quite small and the shower doors weren’t tight enough so it flooded the bathroom floor.
Very close to everything. Tram stop just outside the hotel. Amazing view from the terrace. Also got an amazing view of the Dome of the Rock from our room. The staff gave us useful information on open restaurants and stores during the Sabbath, since basically EVERYTHING closes down from around 4 pm Friday and opens around 9 pm Saturday, or some even Sunday morning.

United StatesI have no complaints
This was my first visit to a Jerusalem. I highly recommend this hotel it’s a boutique hotel, and it feels like you’re in a penthouse suite the wine is wonderful. The views are phenomenal. There were people staying there that had lived in Jerusalem, their whole life and said this hotel has the best views.

IsraelWish there were more elevators. The elevators are quite slow, since the hotel shares it with a residential building. Not a big worry though because you barely need to use them since you'll be exploring the city!
The Hotel is located at a prime location in Jerusalem, very close to the Mahane Yehuda Market. It is also walking distance to the old city, making it perfect for people who would like to explore the city by foot. In case you'd rather use public transport, the rail station is right outside the hotel. Parking was very easy, through you need to pay extra for it. The view from the top is great! Just wish we could enjoy a nice breakfast from up there.

GermanyThe only thing really was, that the drain in the shower needs a new grid but it was still working perfectly fine.
This place is amazing to stay at when visiting Jerusalem. Everyone working there is super nice and helpful. The location is awesome and the view - you need to experience it yourself. Also there are very nice coffee corners on both floors where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, water and even biscuits all day. Also perfect if you need to work in between. We enjoyed our time very much and can totally recommend this place.

CanadaNothing I didn’t like.
Our stay here was wonderful. The property is located in a fabulous location-steps away from Machane Yehuda Market and an easy 20 minute walk to Mamila and the Old City. The local train is just outside the entrance. Staff was lovely and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. And having coffee on the terrace of the hotel was a highlight. The view is magnificent.

CanadaI had trouble coming in the first time. A tenant in the building allowed me in with her because i had no code to the building then she also used her elevator card to let me use the elevator. The hotel could communicate better and write before to call them at a given number. That was the only issue.
