Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

My bedroom wasn't fancy nor exceptional. The terraces at the 13 and 15th floors are really pleasant with furniture that allows having good time even to work

IsraelWe stayed at this hotel for two nights. During that time, we had to move rooms due to having no hot water for a shower. It later became apparent that there was actually an issue with the hot water in general. The room that we moved to had a drain blockage which flooded the bathroom.
The beds were comfortable. The hotel was in a good location close to public transportation, attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff worked hard to help us when we encountered problems during our stay. They were warm and friendly and did thier best to accommodate us.

IsraelIt is not a hotel more like a floor in a building, the room looks better in the pictures than in reality. Tho all in all it was fine, dont feel like it was 100% value for money but good enough.
It was nice in a good location

United KingdomThere is a nice view from the rooftop. Unfortunately we didn’t think there was a good vibe (despite the potential). Furniture was simple (plastic chairs) and rooftop was covered with plastic grass. There is potential for improving the rooftop experience.
We really liked the view from the rooftop - you can see the dome of the rock. We also enjoyed the close proximity to Machaneh Yehuda market, which has a number of restaurants and bars. The property is walking distance to the old city.

IsraelWould have liked to be able to open a window for fresh air in the room. The lighting in the room could be better (bulbs and such) but the natural light coming in from outside during the day was great.
Great location, beautiful view from the terraces , friendly staff, accessible coffee station , abundance of toiletries and towels, good parking setup.

United StatesThe room is tiny. The room shown on the Booking was not the one we got. We were supposed to be on the 15th floor, and they put us on 13. City view was out a tiny window. Staff was friendly. Good for in and out.

South AfricaAlthough the room was a suite and the view was phenomenal we were somewhat disappointed in the condition of the room. Maintenance and a deep cleaning was sadly lacking especially in the bathroom. The blinds in the bathroom were extremely dusty. The shower door needs attention as it was very difficult to open and close. The base of the bed was dirty - it looked like an old coffee stain. We stayed in a standard room last year and decided to spoil ourselves with a suite this trip. The additional cost was definitely not worth it. We were disappointed.
The location is phenomenal. The light rail is right outside the hotel. Also very easy to walk to a number of attractions.

GermanyThe photos are more promising than reality. We thought that we booked something much higher quality than what the hotel really offers in terms of facilities. The hotel does not have any sign outside, the staff has sent us guidelines on how to access. So, make sure you check the guidelines before you get there & you follow them step by step, otherwise, its impossible to find the hotel and get inside.
The location is convenient. Walking distance from the old city & walking distance from cafes and restaurants. The staff is very polite and helpful for which we are greatful.

PolandThe bed was really uncomfortable and left me with a strong back ache the next morning :(. The air-conditioning and wifi were both quite weird. Our air-conditioning appeared to also control the air conditioning of the room next store, so we weren't really able to set the temperature as we preferred without disturbing the neighbor guest. Wifi also seemed shared, and we weren't able to connect to our rooms wifi, and had to connect to a different room, which I assume caused the same problems for that person. Room was small and shower was veeery small. This was fine for us as we only stayed one night, but I imagine it's a little suffocating for a longer stay. "Drinks selection" was very limited to instant coffee and a few milk/dairy alternatives at the end of the hall - no cups or tea kettle in room. Check in was also weird, you need to call ahead to have an elevator sent for you, you can't just enter the building. If you have trouble with phone/internet please keep this in mind.
Proximity to the train was fast and easy. Rooftop had a grand view. Convenience store nearby. Nice staff and unfussy accommodation.
