Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe size of the rooms is not great .in my case it was very much compensated by the balconies . The on site parking requires the use of a lift for the car .When busy one can wait quite a bit for the car to be brought
The Breakfast was truly outstanding in quality and freshness . The chef was constantly monitoring the dishes and immediately replaced popular dishes

IsraelThe staff are very unqualified, probably due to the fact that the hotel is new, but the hotel is part of the biggest hotel chain in Israel so I don’t understand why they hired only new people, there’s no parking place in front of the hotel, only a isle for 3 cars, so you have to block the street and maybe got a ticket from the police, during the night the outside bodyguard doesn’t speak English or Hebrew, so after you go inside maybe someone will take your car to the parking spot, because there’s a elevator for cars you can’t park by yourself, kind of valet service. In the moment you take out the car you must call them 30 minutes before , but it takes even more. The 17meter room is small, very small. Due to the location there’s 24 hours traffic so if you have sleeping problems this place is not for you. The breakfast definitely not represent the breakfast of Isrotel chain.
The fact that the building is new is definitely nice, the location is good near the port and the sea.

IsraelNo one told us that the tlv Marathon was going to happen the following morning of our stay. When arriving at the hotel, we had no assistance at the reception, helping us understand where we can park our car in order to not get stuck. Due to this, we were required to repark our car a 45 min walk away from the hotel so that we dont get stuck when the roads close. Moreover, we had to walk another 45 min back to the car when leaving. It would be fair to notify us of this inconvenience prior to reservations. The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful. It's in a lovely location as well.

United Statesthe rooms are really small. the decor is nothing short of bizarre. we had a corner room. no balcony made it feel even smaller. the staff lied and told it was 75 NIS to park our car overnight. when we got there they said 135NIS. at check out they tried to charge us for two nights or 270 NIS. the hotel description says indoor and outdoor pool. nope,no outdoor pool. i had to do my morning yoga on the patio, ground level, open to the street. would NOT go back.

IsraelThe room is very small A horrible view as you can see for the images I took. The window can’t be opened ,plus it was a SHELTER room !! We came from Ashkelon after staying 5 months in a shelter because of the war ,and we wanted a break for one night in Tel aviv , but received this room! Not recommended mainly to claustrophobic people ! We asked to switch to another room and only at 21:45 they advised they can move us and asked for it 400 shekels! Extremely disappointed!
Nothing! Worst vacation ever!!
