Czech RepublicWe had a problem with the acceptance of a payment card but the receptionist solved this issue smoothly. The room furniture was a bit older but everything worked well.
Good location nearby to the beach and city centre. I was surprised positively by the assortment at the breakfast, including three dishes made of fish, various salads, vegetables, and pastry. Scruble eggs and cakes were served as well. All staff in the hotel was very helpful and kind.

IndiaThere was no refrigerator in the solo room but there was one in the couple room. There was no microwave in the room to warm up the food(not even in the lobby). Two single beds attached together to make a double bed was not good at all, so uncomfortable to sleep on for a couple.

Totally unexpected what a nice surprise! I was in love with the cuteness and comfort and can't wait to be back! I have now 3 top spots on my number 1 place in tel Aviv and this is one of them! IsraelThe wall was dirty when we moved our sidebars. The was a cigarette odour across the hotel which was unpleasant especially for non smokers.
The location is great I love it. I love how were told places of shelter in case of emergency. The receptionist were pretty great. I like how they had comfy chairs outside the rooms in case someone wants to sit on a chair and relax.

United KingdomI'm very autistic and struggle with noise overload and sensory issues and because of this I requested a room on the top floor. I requested a room on the top floor to eliminate noise from above and I made this request when I booked the hotel and it was granted. However on arrival they gave me the second floor and was met with a just put up with it attitude. I couldn't open the window and the member of staff told me he couldn't be bothered to help me open it. I'm asthmatic and struggled to breathe because of this. Also I had absences and overloads everyday because of the excessive noise and antisocial behaviour from other guests.
