It is a matter of luck if you were arranged with the room at roundabout of elevator, and it will be noisy most of time plus no balcony lookout.

There were no towels, but everything else was absolutely fine.

This was my first time in this place and my first time in the dormitory room, and I"l be happy to stay again. There was a clean room and comfy bed, the breakfast was above the expectations. In the lobby there is enough space to sit and connect the computer, to work remotely or study. Nice stuff, WIFI is OK, the location is easy to reach from everywhere.

The room for 6 is very nice but a little small. it's good enough for a few nights.

Great location, in King Geroge street, only 20 mins walk from the old city. The breakfast was very good. The staff was nice and helpful. We had a shared space in our floor with balcony which was very nice for relaxing.

The hairdryer wasn't working and while they told us it was fixed it wasn't. Also the heating/cooling system wasn't the best and was hard to control at times while it took over 5 minutes sometimes to have warm water.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

My stay at the Stay Inn Hostel was really pleasant, i was greeted with friendly staff and smooth check-in and payment. it was easy locating my floor and room number. i especially loved the common space and the rooftop garden

For the dorm rooms only: you need to put in more hooks or a bench in the shower room to put clothes and toiletries and towel on. I had to put all my stuff on the floor (except for stuff that could hang on two hooks). Also: hot water for showers is a necessity. And it would have been better to have had a working light in my bunk

First that there are no available towels, while it seems that I forgot to put mine when I packed last time and second I woke up to smell of cigarettes from outside which seems to be from the kitchen workers and one of them was talking a lot and very loudly, so I just took my stuff and left early. Also, I don't understand why does it appear twice on booking with slightly different names.

The location is good, the place is clean, has luggage room for safekeeping before check-in, they have a good lounge and the beds are comfortable

My bed was missing the lighting device and the one for placing electrical devices for charging (I had to use the power bank to charge the phone and other devices). The toilet was clean but there was no hot water.

The hotel was well organized with common spaces and the room was the same as the one in the photo. Economic option for short stay.

We didn't have spare toliet paper or towels and the cleaner didn't add any when she cleaned the room Also there is no sign to ask not to clean the room or do not disturb

There were 2 issues in our room, 1 was there was a really bad smell from the toilet and second the ceiling in the shower was leaking (dripping on our head while taking a shower) we dis not address the issues at real.time as we were too tired.

no blackout curtains on the window to make.it pitch black and the whole hotel lacks proper acoustics but it wasn't too noisy.

great location. excellent price. we stayed in a family room with 2 bunk beds, a large bed for parents and a baby bed. no frills in the room (like a tv) but it's clean and comfortable. great option.for a family with 3+ kids.

They told us that our room was upgraded, but honestly I am not sure what was the upgrade. The room was very very small and the TV sound didn’t work.

The Staff were nice and called us before we arrived to check if we have any special needs and to ask if we needed parking. The room was clean and there is a very nice sitting areas in the hotel.

Not much space to move around the room. If you come with a luggage, might not have much space for it and will need to store it in the closet. Although we had 1 big bed, it was just 2 small beds combined into one and the gap in the middle was felt right away. For the price that we paid for 1 night, in my humble opinion only, was not worth the price compare to what you can get around in other hotels for the same price or even lower. The shower overflooded our bathroom completely and all the floor was full of water. I will give a shout out to the night clerk that changed the room for us without any hassle whatsoever. Kudos for that attitude!

The Room was clear and well designed. Although quite small, it was spacious for a couple. People with big luggage might struggle to move around though.. The location is great, close to the Mahne Yehuda market, near bus stations and the "light train" as well. Walking distance from the Christian quarters and jewish quarters ( about 20 min walk ) Staff was nice, friendly and helpful.
