Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelI was staying in this facility before and was not certain how to rate since it has really good and not so pleasant sides. The Spot from the location and the lobby looks like a cool and easy going place near TA habour and the sea. It was nice, maybe a bit too loud music. It is specious, has billard, terasse and a reading room with several books. There is a bar for drinks and snacks. Beds have curtains, however in some cases not covering the bed completely. The beds are completely prepared and waiting for guests to arrive, clean and comfortable. The dorm itself is problematic. First of all, the knoking sound coming from the wall, where the sink is - either from pipelines or from an air conditioner can keep you awake at night. Second, the room is not clean, with old dirt on walls and floor, pieces or dirt near walls, with garbage in the shower. No soap in the shower, sink, toilets or anywhere in the room. Towels cost 15 nis. No garbage bin found, only a small one in the toilet (12 people in the room). No free tea or coffee, like in some hostels, but sold at the bar. The kitchen is not well equipped. Not even cups present. I was told to bring my own if I want to have a drink. Last time I wrote about problems with checking in and out, since no receptionist was present for a long time. This time the receptionist by the check-in around 20:00 was both welcoming and professional. But the check-out at 10:45 was problematic again, with no one present for 13min. And one needs to be sure the check-out goes well since the hostel is taking 300 nis deposit from your credit card, which one gets back if no demage is caused during the next 7 days. Also something to be aware off.

IsraelWe went to play pool , but it wasn’t the best experience because some of the parts of the table and cue were broken. 2 of 3 sockets didn’t work.
Everything was good as expected. Clean room, almost everything works.

Canadaas mentioned hte room is very basic, somewhat scruffy, hardly a place to hang you towel clothes hangers bent and greasy (!). not entirely clean.
for the average prices in tel aviv, this place offers a very reasonably priced option. the downside is that the room is very small and simple. location is superb, with the harbour, beaches, restaurants and town all very close, and plenty of public transportation options available. The communal space is nice and offers an option to relax and work if you need to.

Israelfirst time to try the single capsule room. It costs a little higher than getting a bed in a dorm-style room but I loved the privacy I needed for an overnight stay.

ItalyThe capsule wasn't as clean as hoped. The blanket had blood stains. I had to ask for extra cleaning.
Common area is very good. Also easy to get around with busses (straight from the airport!)

Israelit's not actually the hotel's fault, I stayed in a mixed dormitory and someone wanted the aircon off most of the time. I usually wouldn't mind but it was a very hot weekend at that time. it's only for 1 night so i opted to just share a room. well, one downside of not getting my own room.
the location is perfect

IsraelVery good hostel! Just don't like the fact that some people live in hostel rooms permanently, make noise at night and the stuff seems to get used to it

IsraelThe room is not well cleaned especially the toilet. The blanket and bed are dirty.
I like the location of the hotel because it is near the old port of tel aviv, restaurants and shops. Glad we booked on holidays that the bar is closed. Don't expect a quiet place because this is a capsule room.

IsraelVending machine inside hostel didn't work. It accepted my money, but didn't give the order. Employee at reception adviced to call to support by phone number on vending machine and support promised to make a refund. But the experience is not very good at this case.
