I thought the room could have been a tad cleaner (but my standard is OCD). Also saw the bare mattress my 3 year old slept on (they brought up an extra cott).. yikes! But otherwise not bad. Like unsaid I have high standards. The room was cleaned daily and even twice on demand.

Breakfast is incredible. TONS of delicious options. Beautiful presentation. Very generous and abundant! This was one of the best parts of our stay. The pool (adults and kids) are both great as well! Gorgeous view and pleasant to swim in.

We got upgraded to the suite, probably cause we were getting married and they had it free and were very kind to upgrade us - (thank you !!) The suite has an amazing ocean view, and was perfect for preparing for our wedding. The breakfast was very good and has a lot to chose from. Everyone from the staff was very kind and gave us grate service.

The carpet in the hallways need to be replaced. The breakfast was unorganized and there was not enough waiter service. It took 15 minute to get a cup of coffee.

the shower door only opened out, leaving a flood of water outside the shower - this is poor design and nothing more (given the shower situation, more towels should be provided as we used up many to dry the floor) I spent 40 minutes on hold to reach the spa and they never answered. That was annoying. Maybe the front desk can pass messages to the spa and the spa can chase the customers instead of the other way around.

Location is slightly far from the centre.

The hallways looked a little scruffy but the rooms were spotless which is most important.

The room was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom offered a separate bath and shower and all the amenities were restocked each day. The breakfast was endless, so many options which were constantly replenished. There were two restaurants, a bakery and a convenience store at the bottom of the hotel and the beach was a short 10 minute walk away. Would love to stay again.
