“To be honest, there was absolutely nothing there that stood out or felt worth appreciating — it lacked the charm, comfort, and basic appeal that would make anyone enjoy their time. On top of that, the staff was so unprofessional that if you asked for water today, they might just deliver it by tomorrow. Even worse, they couldn’t speak proper Hindi, so half the time we had no idea what they were trying to say — we’d say one thing, and they’d understand something completely different. It was frustrating and confusing throughout.”
