Owners and staff are among themselves, they have their own groups and they do not include other guests. Staff charges a lot of commission for rafting and other activities.

The staff !! the nights they organize - thank you for everything. The beds have little curtains which are great, the hostel is in a quiet zone, the garden is chill - would stay there again !!

- Hot water in the shower only lasts for 3 minutes so be sure to shower very quickly - On our last day we asked them to arrange a taxi to go to the station in the early morning and they asked us for 1.000Rs, which is a completely unreasonable price (we ended up going with another taxi for 600Rs)

- Best breakfasts we had in India, with a large choice and everything was absolutely delicious! (pancakes, waffles etc) - Good location close to many shops and restaurants in Tapovan, but away from the main noisy road - Helpful staff, they gave us an extra blanket and boiled water when we asked them - Spacious room - The garden and terrace are very nice to chill - Events are organized some nights (we could attend a free concert)

It has good ambiance and a decent stay. If you are looking to connect with new people you should go ahead and book it. And ofcourse the garden and cafe is Instagram worthy.

There was a constant leak in my bathroom, and open windows that let mosquitos in, but otherwise it was good.

The staff were very kind and lovely, and super helpful. The hostel had lovely events on that were great fun, and the food was excellent. My room was good value, and private with good space and air con and a nice view.

Every bed had curtains, which covered the side but didn't at the other end so it didn't serve the purpose

Nothing, only thing is there was only got water for 1 day but it may have been the storms affecting it

The staff are amazing! So welcoming, they include you in things they are doing that day, so you get to see the real Rishikesh. Their travel desk is so helpful, and booked things for me without commission. Private rooms and dorms are clean. Beautiful views of the mountains from the terraces. They have some friendly dogs on site, and nice food. A real retreat, I felt like I saw the real India here.

I wonder if they have ever cleaned the walls of the private rooms. So disgusting. Or even the sink... No words for this. Bathroom really small and inconvenient. No chair on the balcony to relax. Didn't feel it was a social place at all. Too bad, I had high expectations

Friendly staff, Harish and Shubham were very helpful. Evenings at 12 monks are happening. They organise some music, dance, and cultural events in the evening.

It was fortunate for me to stay at the hostel as it holds the traveller community intact, washrooms and beds were amazingly clean. Harish and Akshay worked day n night with a smiling face, even service folks Mukesh and Mahindra were spreading positive vibes. I personally felt it is the best hostel for female solo travellers as safety is their priority. Events like open mic / Cacao adds spark to the stay. Finally the man of command Guneet Baba makes sure that the hostel culture , logistics and experience stays blooming.
