good place out the city centre and close to the water palace, clean and new facilities. no hairdryer in the rooms, pillows and mattress a bit hard. breakfast is basic. overall a good place, but I’ve had better hotels in India for the same price. staff nice and kind.

The locale, the overall ambience and the wonderful hospitality of the staff. Extremely courteous staff at the property and we had a great refreshing stay here.. Staff were not very friendly, could at least have a smile on their faces to their guests. House keeping called us at 6am to say they want to return our dry cleaned attires. Rather unacceptable.

Area of stay is not congested and is peaceful with lake view and very close to Jal Mahal.

Minor issue: The railing by the staircase is short for a taller person. I fear someone could fall over if they're not attentive. I'm confident this will be addressed.

The hotel is very well kept, staff are professional and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is in a quiet part of the city which is a major relief especially in India. There's also a nice promenade across the street for photos and souvenirs. The view of the Jal Mahal even from our first floor rooms were absolutely stunning. The hotel has a nice hotel smell to it which is a bonus. The rooms were very clean as well and looked very nice. We didn't have the best of luck with restaurants in the city but the hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations multiple times. The Rougan Josh along with other dishes were absolutely delicious. I look forward to coming back here and your other locations.

I noticed there was lots of flies at the restaurant section which bother us while we have our dinner.

Our stay for 2 days was comfortable. We have booked Jal Mahal View and the room was clean and the view was amazing. Staff was nice. They helped us throughout and they have parking facility also.

Worst hotel the most rude staff I had a verbal arguement with the hotel staff and exactly 2 mins later someone else also had an arguement with the staff which tells us that the there us something completely wrong with the staff

The breakfast could be earlier than 7:30 because I went hungry with my 11y daughter to the Amber fort elephant ride and returned for late breakfast around 10:15am.

My daughter said this hotel was the best one from all the hotes we booked in India during our 10 days father-daughter trip. Even better than The Leela Mumbai (on 2nd place). I trust her feelings and agree that the personel was great. Especially during the eating. They even prepared for her extra meal, non spicy, which I really apppreciated. Personel was friendly, instead of strictly proffesional like in higher * hotels we stayed. They helped us with currency exchange and gave even slightly better rate like at the airport. Two nights, room on 5th floor, elevator. Both AC and fan and someone forgot to log-of from Netflix TV so my daughter was happy. Hotel is near the Jai Mahal with a street market and camel ride options. Only 5 min (Uber) from Amber fort and Hawa Mahal. (10min by tuk-tuk) :) For the early Amber elephant ride we skipped breakfast but at the end we realized that the elephants starts only around 8am (110INR UBER premium there from the hotel and 1100INR for both of us for one ride). Be there early to avoid the crowds! Visit the near Elephant village once the elephants return from Agra fort. Better than paying for a "safari". MUST SEE in Jaipur is also Gaitor Ki Chhatriyan the Monkey temple, Moon temple.... Jaipur travelers - send me a message and I give you whatsup on Raj - great tuk-tuk driver and a guide who showed us the city. He is still sending me a wisdom messages on whatsup even if we are at home already. It is so inspiring. THANK YOU Raj. And THANK YOU Shivang for helping me and my daughter at the Jaipur airport. We managed all the to-do items from your proposal list. You are both amazing people.

The reception staff needs to be nicer with guests. The location no good, there is no restaurant or shops near by. The TV is a fraud, only a few local channels are for free, the interesting ones you have to pay.

The room was big enough. Lunch and dinner bufet, price afordable. The restaurant staff very nice and helpful, especialy Ms. Rekha. However, the reception staff needs to improve.
