Food at the restraunt could have been better.

Supportive staff, comfortable stay, swimming pool is amazing, desert safari was fun and adventurous, totally recommend it to everyone. Aladdin specially was very friendly ensuring safe journey all over jaiselmer.

Location was on a narrow and nasty road. Facilities were not available that were mentioned on booking.com like tv, hot water,drinking water, no cup or glass were available in room, and for wifi you have to ask front desk first, swimming pool had no water. Room service was not provided.

Please don't get fooled by the beautiful pictures. This hotel was far from it. The 4-star claim of this hotel is False and must be checked by Booking.com - Cleanliness: The rooms were dirty. There were empty plastic bottles in the cupboard from previous stays. Hair was everywhere. - Amenities: There was no soap, no toilet paper, no towels, and no water bottles. We had to ask for literally everything that a hotel needs to provide. - Swimming pool: Was dry, dirty, and a breedhouse of mosquitoes - Service: Upon our arrival, we discovered that there was no one at the reception. After a phone call, a sleepy guy appeared and attended to us. In his defence, he worked 24-hours shift! Is this even legally allowed? - Payment: Cards were not allowed.

Fully refundable: Thanks to the fully refundable policy, we were able to cancel our remaining nights and stayed only for 1 night.

My stay at Abu Safari was an absolute delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. The swimming pool was a refreshing retreat, perfect for cooling off after a day of desert exploration. Speaking of which, the desert safari they offered was hands down the highlight of my trip. It was well-organized and filled with thrilling moments I'll never forget. As for the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by their size and comfort. I honestly didn't expect such quality for the price. They seem to take great pride in his establishment, and it definitely shows. It was a grand hotel, definitely not what I expected for the kind of money I paid. The place looks like a grand haveli, and has a great view of the fort. Overall, Abu Safari provided a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a cozy spot with friendly staff and unforgettable adventures, this is the place to be.
