IndiaI am not sure whether it is the same Radisson Blue, which is in Banjara hills, BLR, or Coimbatore. Worst service, impolite, untrained staff. As soon as we went to check in, the first question the receptionist asked was at what time you vacate tomorrow? Utterly untrained. For checking out, we had to carry all our bags without a trolley. Unfit to be in the hospitality business.

IndiaMy room was on a premium floor yet the shower had a problem and needed to be fixed . When I plugged the kettle the room power went out . It took a long time to fix it. The dustbin in the bathroom has a broken foot pedal hence not usable. One has to open the BEND to open the lid of the dustbin. The in room dining experience was terrible quality food on both nights . They should have reduced the bill amounts or something else to make up for it.
The staff is mostly prompt and always eager to solve problems. The problem is there are problems and sometimes they are slow to respond . When things are bad they do apologise but don’t know how to make up for it intuitively. There were issues with my in room dining meal on both nights and when I brought it to their notice the first night , they offered to send dessert - I declined as I am diabetic and avoid desserts at night . They still posted the bill for full amount . The second night I ordered a club sandwich and it was very bad . They were busy so it took one hour to send me the first sandwich and another 45 minutes and multiple follow ups for the replacement . They still charged me in full for the same .

IndiaFront office Executives,it's been 10 years since I have been visiting this property but this time I had a very bad experience. Check in process - The worst. No Regional channels available in DTV. Requested for early check in , Executive named Alveoli responded, once the existing customer checks out we will provide you rooms with a arrogant way of expressing the statement saying wait we will give room by 2 PM as per the check-in time or if you want to go somewhere go and come. She doesn't bother to listen. At the same time another executive named Dileep responded, we will charge you extra and that's common I have agreed but couldn't arrange. NO reputed hotels will operate 100 % occupancy.

IndiaA Series of Unhygienic and Unusable rooms: • Uncleaned Rooms: The rooms were filthy upon arrival. There was trash in the dustbins, used water bottles left on tables, and cobwebs and dust caked in every corner. This is simply unacceptable hygiene for any hotel room • Non-Functional Amenities: The set-top box remotes in both rooms were broken, and replacements provided by staff were equally unusable. Furthermore, the TV channels themselves did not function. • Neglected and Unhealthy Bathrooms: The bathroom featured rusted fittings, and one even appeared to have bugs underneath the sink. This is a serious health hazard and a complete breach of sanitation protocols. • Unhygienic Closets: The drawers inside the closet continued the theme of neglect, accumulating a layer of dust, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.
