The common big Swimming Pool was not clean in the morning. It had insects floating on it.
The Villa was neat and tidy with good furniture. The kitchen had proper utensils.

Pool cleanliness, quote and peaceful env.
Excellent resort/villas with all facilities, some construction work ongoing bar site which makes me reduce 1 star, also there are pet dogs of property which can be a bit of nuisance but overall excellent family vacation place.

Even though the villas are very well maintained the furniture and the door locks needs an upgrade, all in all its a value for money in a prime location and close to everything.
Everything the location the villa itself is quite spacious and it's really clean and the food was fantastic.

We had an argument with the receptionist as they are charging 600 for the remote which is missing and they are saying that they have provided 4 remotes but at the time of checking we got only 3 remotes. And also they are very rude and forcing that charge on us.
The property is good but swimming pool is not getting clear everyday.

Unfortunately the double bed upstairs was very uncomfortable due to the mattress.
This villa resort is beautiful with a nice environment and lots of plants. The villas are spacious and clean. There is also a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

The property is old. The room furniture was very basic and the kitchen was also just barely equipped. One of the swimming pool shower was not working.
The location was great. It was walking from Fort Aguada and main beaches

The AC in two of the bedrooms were not working and the remotes we broken. The pool did not have a filter. The toilet spray was leaky. The appliances were outdated
The staff was helpful and friendly, the space was spacious and the decor was good.

The descriptions of the property with respect to the pool and the restauran5s were especially disappointing. The property was supposed to have two dine in options and also two pools. The pools were in a terrible state of disrepair and the restaurants only accommodated room service. The food in room service 2as good but expectations from booking to reality was a let down. The swimming pools were the worst experience for us as we had 3 little kids looking forward to some good quality time in pool. The water was dirty, lot of debris in the pool, construction right next to pool and wo4st of all, my son cut his leg while 2ading in the pool from a broken glass in the bottom. All in all a very disappointing state of affairs. Looks like COVID has ravaged the facility but should have been more transparent on the state of the property especially pool.
Liked the Villa, the amount of space, the cleanliness and the maintenance of the individual villa. Also liked the service and the attention to requests. The location was also good for access to the close by beach.

Pool was not maintaned and was dirty, Rain water dripping in the Living Room(Villa), A/C water leaked on the bed / room, the entry /access to the resort was blocked and all across work was going on etc.
