Terrible showers, room cleaning done only if you insist. Strangely I was told by duty manager that I can't carry soft drinks to our rooms from outside because it has a minibar!!

Stay was great but the thing which i didn’t like there i left my charger in the room at the time of checkout and than after one day i called to the hotel management to check there but they refused..

I like my whole stay it was great experience there staff was good, property was great,Room was properly neat and clean and all amenities was there overall experience was really great.

Its a little pricey for the size of the rooms it has.Although for people looking for comfort in a decent price. Its definetly a good choice.

The Hotel was clean, nice and comfortable to stay in. It had all the amneties required for a perfect holiday stay. All in all a good value for money.The room was clean with a comfortable bed, food and toileteries Service was good too. Hotel being close to Hawa Mahal, so its in a good promximity to the tourist locations as well.We had a really good time and look forward to visiting again.Thank you :))

Rooms are compact compared to the price they have charged..No buckets and mugs provided in bathroom which was very much inconvenient for the kids, also no cloth hangers in room.

I liked the location and the food quality provided by the restaurant.

Bathroom could use a squeegee so your guests can remove some of the water on the floors after a shower. Hot water was not very good. Please do not include extra items on the room service order, if they are not complimentary. Each order I made had extra items that I was told were complimentary but they all showed up on the bill.

Rooms need some update , lots of the room tools are old and need to be changed some of them are not even working

Very nice experience staying at the Hotel..very polite and courteous staff with prompt service. Food quality was very good and was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property and rooms. Mr Rajendra Singh (F&B mgr) was very helpful and very kind. The location is pretty decent, although a bit far from the railway station, but given the overall experience the location is merely an issue. Overall very satisfied and definitely recommend.

The rooftop terrace cloes at 19 p.m. just when i was back in the hotel so i couldn,t enjoy it.

Air con in our room just blew air- definitely not cold enough - complained and was looked at but not fixed

Lovely staff and great location - restaurant food very good and very close to other restaurants with Indian dancers. Pool was small but clean

Ask staff on many occasions to get hot water....never happened....ask for items for room....never happened...limited breakfast...... Always get price before you stay........and write down

Lifts not working at all. Rooms not cleaned even though staff were informed. Communication between staff is poorly managed as different staff tell you different answers for the same issue. Kitchen service is poor with limited choice. No bottle water supplied and curtains in shower are falling apart
