Nothing to dislike

The best hotel stay in entire Jaisalmer! The prices are soo good for the services they provide. The view from the hotel, the beautiful interiors 🫶 A special mention is required for the extremely hospitable staff members, who were always there to guide you with the best suggestions and will do anything to make your stay the most comfortable We also opted for their camp services and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Jamshed ji and other staff members for making our stay so memorable ❤️

The rooms in Amazing palace hotels are smallish ideal for a couple or family with a small kid. The washrooms are small and compact. The rooms should be considered for night halt not for staying through the day for relaxation as for me it was a bit claustrophobic. But i guess for the money it is fine. For us we had space issues as my son, 14 years, is almost as big as an adult is! We missed having a good buffet breakfast but that's ok!

The host, Jamshed, and his wonderful crew. They take care of you super well with all smiles. The room has a view to the fort from the bedrooms which is amazing especially at night. The rooftop restaurant also has a view to the fort which is a very nice experience. The service is very good and these folks are super flexible and helpful for all your needs. Jamshed is a star, he will help you with all possible things and in all possible manner. He organised our desert camp stay along with an amazing camel Safari and desert picnic where food was cooked in the desert. That was an out-of-the-world experience...Jamshed ensured that everything was kept ready and on time. You can't get a better host than Jamshed.

The street to the hotel was narrow. But apart from this there are no complains.

My stay at Amazing Hotel more than lived up to expectations. Ali and Dani, the property managers, couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming to a solo traveler having just arrived via local bus from Jodhpur (an adventure in itself), arranging a tuktuk to meet me at the roundabout and processing my checkin in an easy and efficient manner. The food at the rooftop restaurant was an added bonus, which as other guests have noted, has a lovely panoramic view of the fort to the south where you could chill and soak in the desert air. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable, with a good WiFi connection on each floor, and the bed was soft and comfortable. In my short stay there, I really came to appreciate how hard the crew is working to make it a hotel that hits all the right notes for the budget traveler. My only regret is that I could not stay longer. Best wishes, guys!

When there are no windows (unless one small one leading into a narrow electricity/pipe chute), you better make sure that there’s a different way of airflow, otherwise it’s damp and smells. Cleanliness can be improved.

Attentive and gentle hosts that offer chai upon arrival and even let us change the room as the first one was smelling rather badly (did not have a window). Second room was much better. Everything felt ok-ish clean. Rooftop restaurant was solid. Location is within walking distance of most stuff. Amenities (soap, towels) provided. Value for money hotel.

Really good service. Very helpful and very focusing staff. Jamsed ji was superb. He helped us in every small things. We reached very early on our booking day and they gave us room right away. Rooms are very clean and rooftop has amazing views.

The rooftop has a great view but is otherwise not very nice and does not really make you want to eat there. One night there was a party next door and extremely loud music and bass until midnight. While this is not the fault of the hotel, other travellers should be aware of it. The mattress is a bit too soft.

The staff were all very friendly and supportive. Really nice people!

Excellent hospitality. The food, the staff, the place, the rooftop, the service everythingggggg is more than amazing. The nature of staff is worth everything. I highly recommend it. It is true to its name and really amazing. Do book the sam desert camp with them to have an exceptional experience.

Nothing really. Rooms are on the smaller size, but compared to the price, you get more than average.

The neighborhood is really fine. I have usually stayed inside the fort, but certainly do not regret staying outside the fort now. Great views from Rooftop of the city including the Fort. Everything is in walking distance, and you reach the old city center in 5 minutes, much quicker than from the Fort. The food is the best in Town. Give the cook an hour to make your food, and he will put his heart and soul in this job I mean, that I have a good sence of this, staying in Jaisalmer more than 10 times and tried the more expensive places as well. They have a free pick up to the bus or train station. Staff is friendly and helpful, it a great value for money, you are not far from the fort. There is also a roof top restaurant. They are not pushy for the camel safari, but they can arrange it.

There was genuinely nothing wrong with this hotel!

This place was amazing! The room was perfect- very nicely decorated too. Hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind to us. The location was perfect and the food on their roof top restaurant was great and reasonably priced too! They couldn't have been more accommodating and even helped us book a night in a desert camp which couldn't have been better! They sorted out the driver for us, a camel ride and a jeep safari tour. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting jaisalmer whether you're a backpacker or here on holiday. I left this place very very happy!
