Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

So, in pictures there are kitchen photos included but we cannot use kitchen, water bottle the most essential amenity was missing we asked for so that said it is chargeable that too more than the MRP, the plumbing was faulty tap kept dripping, one time even water stopped coming, no amenities given
The staff was polite and the access to terrace

It's a home stay, prices are very high, not should be more than 700-800, soaps should be available in washrooms, sweeping and mopping should be done on daily basis.

They dont have enough facilities. rooms are great but they shoul atleast provide essential things like towel,handwash,brushkit proper blankests.

The manager of the property is rude and doesn't adjust to the customer. Very rigid towards even a small thing. And offers to cancel booking from booking.com and takes money without any receipt.

Owner is not a right person, he mislead me about the service available for room. there was no flush in the washroom . geyser was there but we woke up at 5:30 AM then light has gone. there is nothing near the hotel. in the night also, light has gone and there is nothing for the light. we managed from phone torch in the evening and in the morning also because we woke up early.

Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The hotel is located near the Nashik city. There are several supermarkets in this area as well as restaurants. In the future we will recommend your Homestay to other people.

Nice location- it is in the middle of Nashik all main places are closed by... if you have vechicle along with you... Rooms wth Kitchen was great... it was a feel like home... along with my Pet Dog...

Horrible and lonely place to stay with no help because owner does not stay nearby as well as do not pick the phone after 9PM. Its a RISK for family or girls.

Based on Booking.com portal advertisement: 1. Parking - Not Provided This was must as we were travelling with our own car and had to stay because it was toolate to find a propert @4PM of arrival so car was parked on the open unsecured road at our own RISK ....courtsey Booking.com 1. Towel - Not provided Rooms were not ready and had to wait for 30 mins to get rest after long travel. We had to sleep and move next day without taking shower because hot water was not avilable and when called the owner Mr. Akshay at 9PM then he did not pick the phone. Do you still think such property should be on your portal or you just interseted in unethically earnung money?????

They have not provided breakfast nor dinner.Their cook will not come before 7.00pm,They not even can serve coffee.Our flight was at 8.00 AM.We went without having minimum refreshments.Moreover they charged rs.1200/- just for 3 cool drinks which is not informed prior,it's a bit cheating the customer about such hidden costs.They havenot given bill for room rent and other payments done by me.This is also highly objectionable.Night called housekeeping staff for removing dustbin,they have not even cared leave about attending the problem.No complimentary dinner nor breakfast.

Access to location was through an unpaved road and a little remote. However reached using Google maps and once there were comfortable. Parking was available. Bathroom was outside room and not attached.
Real value for money . Also neat and clean and comfortable.
