IndiaHotel staff was very unprofessional..they were not ready to help,we booked a driver(Moorti) from hotel's recommendation but it was very disappointing that we reached station at 5 am and waited till 6 am for driver and same happens with almost every visiting point. Flush was not working,A/c MCB was set off from downstairs,Room was not ready and driver asked to pay full and final to hotel staff (Dharma) without dropping us at the bus stand that he and hotel both promised earlier.
Rishi(Manager) behaviour was good.

The first floor rooms were much better done up with Tiles in the walls while the ground floor rooms walls were painted. The room size were a little small and no restaurant. The staff were very helpful.

IndiaReceptionist namely Mutthu Kumar was very rude. I booked 3 rooms and made special request for early check in as we reached hotel at 7 am and check in time was 12pm. They assured they will give if available. When we reach hotel, almost the ground floor was vacant but they didn't provide early check in, after a lot of argue they provide only one room at around 10.30 am. Also they told us to cancel book my show booking for Rs. 2000 discount. In the booking it was written that hot water cattle and tea bags will provide at property but they didn't provide anything. We have requested a lot for cattle as we have seen cattles are available in reception only but still they didn't provide us. And most importantly they took 100% payment in advance before check in hotel...we have not seen such type of conditions before. Overall staff behaviour specially receptionist was very rude and not at all helping nature. No restaurant in the hotel, even they didn't provide tea bags...only a machine was there with premix tea

IndiaMy booking said breakfast is included for the price I had paid. But when asked in the morning they said there is no breakfast if we have booked on booking.com. We had to start to Bangalore without breakfast as even the neighbour hotels provided breakfast for only in-house guests

Indiathe mattresses were extremely uncomfortable as they sank and were lumpy. there were a few cockroaches and a lizard in one of the rooms.
The rooms were close together. the staff followed up after the online booking and once they heard that we were travelling with parents, they ensured we got ground floor rooms and all close together. this was very convenient. it is a non- smoking, quiet, non-smelly hotel and rooms had a/c, bed, bathroom with shower and towels etc.
