Excellent, courteous behaviour of the staff from Receiption, Restaurant and inhouse management. Restaurant breakfast items we had are super tasty and hygienic.Thanks to all staff members. Ananyas are definitely Paradise to all.🙏🙏

There was nothing that I didn't like.

First of all, due to an eventful flight and tiredness, I wasn't in the best of the mood when I got to the front desk. And, I was told that I'll have to pay a bit more for the additional person traveling with me (note it was entirely my fault that I missed the part where I had to add a guest to my online reservation). Anyway, despite my evident frustration and questioning, the front desk folks were very polite and explained the additional charge. The assigned room was super clean, and all necessities were available (without having to ask for them). I found the room ergonomically intelligent, and we were comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with during my stay was super polite. I should specifically mention that the breakfast was fantastic -- hot south Indian food and some continental items!! If/when I visit Coimbatore, I would love to stay here again!

If i have to mention anything, the TV only had 2 English channels. Ananyas was a bit of a corporate vibe.

Room size was good & the separate toilet and shower were a generous size.The bed was very comfortable & big. AC & fan worked and windows open. A Kettle, tea & water were provided. Room service was available which was a treat.Breakfast choices were very good. Nice area, good value for money.

The sounds from another floor, of pulling or pushing furnitures are a disappointment, and if the rooms were a bit more spacious, would have been better.

The well equipped and properly furnished rooms with modern security arrangements were praiseworthy. Staffs also were helpful and well behaved.

Room service coffee invariably lukewarm despite asking for real hot coffee. Too milky besides. They ought to keep some tea/coffee sachets in the room. Rooms are not as spacious as I expected.

Nothing that I can think of right now !!! All good . Maybe the hot water could be slightly hotter. Money is taken in advance it saves time but sometimes they can take it on end. Overall wonderful

Overall it was a very good experience, clean comfortable and spacious the wash basin was separate outside bathrroom and room had a balcony too!! There was a heater for warm water. And 24*7 room service. The room lock was digital and safe. Buffet was fairly good with a decent spread. Front desk was helpful when I asked their help for car . Location is Convenient

A good decent and clean hotel. stayed 3 days and the staff was very helpful . breakfast was good. The hotel is very reasonably priced. the Brookfields mall is around 15-20 mins by rickshaw . amenities nearby.
