Tiny cockroaches due to lack of pest control Internet not working Bedside lights not working Bathroom light not working Old Sheets and Old towels. The property needs pest control and maintenance, but they have a photoshop pro plan which is cheaper.

Vikram, the incharge was very polite and approachable.

The description in booking simply does not match what is provided. If the description was changed to being honest to what is provided then the room is simple but ok. It read that the room is equipped with kitchen, fridge, toaster. It also states the room comes with a patio. There is no patio. There is no kitchen. There should have been toilet paper provided (was not). We only had one small bedsheet and 1 towel for 2 (Vikram changed that)

The day receptionist Vikram was exceptionally helpful The rooms are bigger than any other comparable ones in other properties around the area (we checked)

TV could have been a smart one. If you're on a longer trip and stayed in the room you might get bored. Wifi wasn't that fast but good enough .

Decent enough for the pricing. It's better if you do the payment on the mobile app. You'll get good discount . The suite room isn't exactly a suite room. Booking.com has wrongly mentioned things which aren't there in it. For example they listed the bathtub which in reality wasn't there But for the area and all it's pretty good. You have pretty good cafes around to eat.

Good experience Affordable and pleasant stay, its near by varsova beach and best thing is location , if i will visit again i will definitely stay here

The bathroom geyser didnt work The batroom ceiling had no ceiling Bathroom was not properly cleaned The cupboard door was broken The bed was broken and we could feel the spring from the bed mattress. I would not recomment anyone this hotel at all

Very bad, loved official complaint against them. Staff behaviours were very rude.they were not allowing the facility mentioned in booking. No lift have carry your staff ion 2nd floors. No hot water in one of the room. Over all ruined my family trip and will never recommend anyone to visit this properly. Also, booking.com was not able to resolve this problem so this was another disappointment.

The only thing likeable about this whole hotel cum zoo was the morning reception guy Vikram who was trying to fix things or else it was all fake paradise where you'll not find anything mentioned in the column called amenities. A guy named ashu who works in the night will ask you extra money for basic things which they promise to deliver. Also booking. Com don't help either no one responds. I can't even express the smell they had in the bathroom and room with cigarettes 😒

We were promised early check-in, but no one knew about it when we arrived, leaving us waiting for hours. They tried to give us the wrong room twice, and the actual room was filthy—dirty walls, sticky floors, and nothing like the photos online. Service was awful; every request took forever, and hospitality was nonexistent. To top it off, they double-charged us, and fixing it was a nightmare. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

The hotel is no where close to what is shown in the pictures... Doesn't have any amenities whatsoever. Tv doesn't work. No drinking water too. And they charge 4500 for it. Pathetic is an understatement

The stay was absolutely the worst in terms of hygiene. When I entered the room, there was hair and stains on the bed. Upon complaining, they replied that the laundry hasn’t come yet, so they cannot do anything regarding this. There were months worth of hair and dust collected on the headboard, to which the staff replied “it is normal”.

There was certainly nothing that deserved praise at the property.

The property has no cons as such on such price point. I would really appreciate the kind of service they provided us. Vikram is the go to person for everything. He will help you out in all the housekeeping related needs. Overall, We had a really good experience.

The Property was really good. Vikram is the main coordinator who helped us in settling down. I would really recommend Ardaas Residency to everyone.

It wasn't clean. The towel had dirt stain in it. The bed sheet had hair strands in it. Sink had hair strands. Toilet seat was wet. Overall felt quite gross.
