They called me the day before we were to check in saying we booked a room with “no view” despite the description mentioning Mountain Views and debated with me about it for a while despite me providing clear communication from Booking.com about it. The staff was quite average barring a couple of nice ladies in the restaurant. They wouldn’t help with luggage while we were checking in, they wouldn’t even make space for us when we were trying to exit the elevator. There was construction going on in the back which was quite loud during the day time. The air conditioning was dwindling, getting hot in the middle of the night and readjusting randomly. The most annoying of the cons was that the bathroom was not cleaned when we checked in, and stank very bad throughout our stay.

The property was very well designed and aesthetically very pleasing. Its proximity to multiple vineyards was convenient.

1. Room types are not clearly described on the websites. There are few pool side rooms but are not mentioned or offered on Booking.com or any other travel sites. 2. Pool and Breakfast Buffet timings are not synced. Pool opens at 9 AM whereas breakfast closes at 10:30 AM. Majority of the guests prefer to have b'fast after enjoying the pool. Due to this, the dining at 10-10:30 AM gets too crowded even on weekdays. One small suggestion is to open the pool early to avoid this inconvenience.

They are charging 18% GST over all food items, they billed me coca-cola can for 155rs + 18% GST which is utter stupidity, MRP mentioned on the can was 40rs. They are following totally unethical practices when it comes to billing for food and drinks

We were there in the third week of April, 2023. The place isn't fully set up yet but somehow they forgot to mention that. Spa is only a part of the name, doesn't exist, nor does a gym. Staff was open to suggestions but some were learning on the job. We had booked a mountain facing room, but at the time of check-in realised the view was bad and upgraded to a pool facing/lake view room. On asking were told it would be quiet, but jazz music was being played around the pool through the day and night. Though the next day they did turn it down at our request. The reservation staff, who assisted with the upgrade, could have been more forthcoming. Had one negative experience though. Left an item of clothing behind, which I could have got collected, if traced. Even after nearly three weeks the team at the desk could not confirm if it had been found or was lost for good. One reservation manager answering the only number I had, did give me the run around, asking me to call different numbers, which no one answered. His logic, which he painstakingly insisted on explaining, was that no one was answering him, so I had a better chance calling myself! His very audible irritation on identifying myself after calling yet another time, left a bad taste in the mouth.

Best thing about the property is the location. It is away from the city noise and facing the lake. Other properties with good restaurants are mostly a short drive away. With a lake facing room, it can feel like being amidst an ocean of serenity, at least at certain times. The staff, housekeeping and dining, are mostly friendly and responsive, not offering excuses for mistakes. The restaurant services quality well-prepared food. Compliments to the chef. The breakfast fare is quite sumptuous, and vegetarians are spoilt for choice. Room service menu is also quite extensive. Rooms are large with decent balconies.

It says resort and “spa” but they sadly didn’t have a spa.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect. It’s right next to Soma vineyard and super close to Sula as well. Their pool is absolutely stunning and even the rooms are so spacious and luxurious.

The overall experience was very bad

Aria resort is a typical wedding resort with following defects : 1. Unmaintained infrastructure. Though they have tried to bring a modern architect and spacious resort , they have not been able to maintain the property well. right from reception to rooms, the cleanliness is nowhere close to the price they are charging that is at par with any 5 star resort 2. Its mainly a wedding resort with no sound proofing for families who have come to chill and relax. Lots of wedding noise all around 3. The pool was not clean and ready for use as late as 10a:m in morning while checkout is at 11:00 a:m 4. Resort with late checkin of 3:00 p:m and check out at 11:00 a:m 5. Very unhygienic restaurant environment and stale food in form of breads and fruits 6. They disclose no non veg but do not disclose that they do not serve alcohol. you would not like to go to nashik and stay in a resort that does not serve wine! 7. The front desk manager was kind enough to listen to my problem areas but unfortunately he was not able to provide any solution so until its a wedding you want to organise here , pls dont go for overall rating from wedding guests and save yourself your money!

The bathroom was not professional and was not a five star grade. Breakfast was not good. The room was big but the bed was small. Pillows were very uncomfortable. The towels were not completely white and were giving an old look. There is coffee machine in the Hotel.

1. It was not mentioned while booking that they don't have Non-veg and Alcohol. So we got to know only at check-in time. 2. The WiFi was not working in our room and it took them hours to fix it 3. There isn't much to do around the Hotel. They should have more engagement e.g. more games, guided trip to wineries or Gangapur dam

The 1st floor pool view rooms are a backdrop as it disrupts the privacy . I had made a special request to the property for a complementary cake which was not taken care off was very disappointed. In room also there were many things which were not available dustbin in bathroom ,hand towel ,bathrobe ,the siting sofa besides the bed .

The food was too good and tasty ,view was amazing it was very relaxing .

Well honestly speaking there is nothing to dislike about the resort but the can work on entertainment.

I loved every single thing about the resort. From the Exteriors to Interiors. Staff was super sweet and always at Guest Service. The View is Gorgeous. Nothing in town can beat the View from Aria Resort. I stayed in Lake View room and it was very comfortable, rooms are big and spacious. Pool is infinity and has gorgeous view, One doesnt feel like coming out. Loved the place.
