Rooms are bit congested. No space to move around after a big kingsize bed kept in the room. Chair is good but not comfortable to work with laptop. Neighbors were noisy. loud volume of TV from neighbors bothers a lot in the moddle of night.

I had to request for a hand or face towel. When I requested to clean my room, they didn't seem to have changed the bed sheets but just the bath towel. They didn't replace the hand towel either. I was given only 2 bottles of water despite staying for 4 nights. I didn't ask for more as I bought my own. But this should have been provided without asking unless I have set do not disturb as my room status. Milk powder sachets were missing along with the kettle. No tooth brush or paste or comb was included in toiletries. I brought my own but I expected this as this is a relatively premium property. When they cleaned the room, they left the balcony door open. They did this to freshen the room but when I was back later at night, the room was full of mosquitoes. The mosquito killer liquid did the trick though. The bed and the pillows were too soft and caused some lower back pain for me. I guess some like it soft, not a complaint.

The staff were courteous especially Jeetendra. The place was very near to the main road and easy to access. The room was neat and clean. Utilities were functional. Shaving stick and soap was provided in the toilet. Has a kettle and a few sachets of tea and sugar. AC was nice. Mosquito killer was very effective.

I couldn't get a bit of sleep because the room walls and floor is so thin that even slight noise becomes so loud when it travels. Entire night there was some or the other noise in the building of some furniture moving.

I liked that it's clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and Hygiene is top notch.

The room was too small, not enough space around the bed . The windows are not completely soundproof . Adjoining building and a park behind is too close . There was water overflow from the overhead tank making continuous sound of falling water on tinshade in the middle of night. On calling reception they stopped it but my sleep was disrupted. Funny thing is they don't accept this as a problem and insist that there is an automatic cut off. Hope they correct this problem on seeing this review . Along with the teabags they should provide milk satches ,spoon and cups by default. Some things are missing and were provided on calling. Also there were no hangers in the wardrobe. Small but irritating things.

The music outside the rooms.

Clean comfortable rooms located in a quite area. Good pressure showers. Equipped with a kettle so you can make tea or coffee. Staff helped me with booking a bus and even allowed me to store my bag there when I left Bangalore for 2 nights.

Room size given wrong in details, It's misleading. Requesting the hotel owner to look into this and mention the correct room size. The staff at reception said that I was given the room which I booked, he said its deluxe king compact. It was not mentioned anywhere in booking details, It was just about 130 to 140 sqft whereas when booking it was mentioned as deluxe king room & around 240 sqft, Where did this compact came all of a sudden ? Anyway the person at reception changed and gave another room after I complained, even that was about 170 sqft only. Rooms being a little small is not a problem but give correct information. Message to the reception - Please do not fool the customers Sir. Hope you will correct it. Thank you.
