Bathroom and Breakfast

Hotel was clean, bathroom was stinking. Beds were clean, rooms are not spacious. Food is good. But costly. Overall average.

DONT EAT HERE! After breakfast I got food poisoning. I know it’s because of them because the night before when I arrived I ordered roomservice. After I told them, the staff were really rude. There was crazy loud music, also at night. You hear very noise and it’s really noisy. And they charged for the food that I got food poising from and didn’t say anything about it.

I got a great welcome. The room seemed clean.

Rooms stink. Lot of mosquitos, toiles are smelly had to get room fresher. The don't clean the room as part of daily service. You have to tell specifically to get the room cleaned. Pathetic. Look for other properties. Breakfast menu is very little option

The location is really terrible - even for India, not suitable for walking around really and definitely not at night! For some reason, reception were unable to call me an Uber or help when their WIFI had gone down. The room had no window (wasn't told this prior to booking) and some kind of exhaust system making a terrible racket with a hole in the bathroom ceiling leading to it!?! They insisted on playing piped music in the corridors all night. Why?

The food in the restaurant for dinner was great. One or two of the staff were really helpful. Laundry was cheap.

not too many shops or restaurants around but the guys there can order using zomato (food delivery app) if you want. I ordered some pizza and it was fine

We booked triple room, not twin + extra bed. But the third bed was prepared at the moment of arrival. It was late night we needed half an hour to get it ready. Also amenities were only prepared for two people, again we need to ask and wait to get it. Unorganized & untrained staffs.

The bed sheets had some hairs and dust so this could have been cleaner. I'm sure if we would have told them, they would have taken care of it.

The hotel was easy to get to and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. As soon as we arrived they took good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The shower had great hot water and the room is nice and spacious. Just walking distance from the famous Kalakriti Dance Drama show which is a great show to see about the Taj Mahal. Would definitely stay again.

There is no fridge in the room. The corridor had so many noises that was difficult to sleep, because another guests were shouting in the corridor all the time. I had to open my door and tell them to speak lower many times. The bathroom got wet when we took a shower because it is open. There isn't many options for the breakfast. When we asked for the dinner there were many options in the menu that weren't available and the option that I choose took a long time to come.

The hotel was ok thinking about the price that we paid. The installations, bed and lightning are good. The staff were polite and tried to help us in what we needed.

Great hospitality, Manager Mr Sikarwar provided us with great assistance and guided us on places to see in Agra. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Hotel had Kwality restaurant, which served one of the best sizzlers and butter chicken in Agra. I remember visiting another branch of this restaurant back in 2003. Food still had the same taste as before & was delicious. Convenient location, walking distance from Kalakriti where the India famous Taj Mahal live show happens and 1km from Taj Mahal itself. Great stay!!!
