We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe fan was not working for the room ( speed control out of order ) , which was a deal breaker as it was pretty hot.
The room was very cramped for an accommodation of 6 5 adults. The description on booking.com said it was 2 kings and 1 additional bed. However the room was not fit to accommodate 6 pax. We had to take another room which was additional charge

I came to know at the last leg of 5 day journey that homestay owner has cancelled my stay and simply sent one message in booking app. Not even a phone call or call from the host regarding cancellation. Even though he has cancelled,the booking app was showing that the booking is confirmed..if the host has cancelled it,why is app showing as confirmed...

IndiaAlthough Wi-fi connectiviity was mentioned but couldnt get the wi-fi connection. Although, to enjoy the stay you dont need the disctraction, but still sometimes it is required.
It was an awesomw expereince. The host took good care of us. The homely food is very tasty.The ambience, the nature and the surrondings are mesmerising. We enjoyed a lot.
