Very nice hosts that help you with anything. Nice swimming pool with seats, associated cushions (to ly down), towels and parasols. A short distance away from the main street where the Prime Rose restaurant & bar was excellent! It was also very clean and hygienic.

IndiaThe check-in process could’ve been smoother, it took us more than 1 hour because the online payment through Booking.com didn’t go through. Also, at the hotel, we had to pay more than what was shown on Booking.com, because the amount didn’t include taxes and fees apparently. It is a fully automated hotel with an online concierge service Glu, and sometimes it’s a hassle to use it. Some lights don’t get switched off using regular buttons, so option for using regular switches should be available for everything. The parking is also pretty tight, some more space for cars going out will elevate the premium experience.
A very affordable and aesthetic hotel located in Saligao, North Goa. The hosts are very enthusiastic and helpful. The swimming pool is well maintained and has a heating carpet so that it doesn’t get chilly. The rooms and bathrooms are big, spacious, and modern.

NetherlandsYou need your own transportation when staying here (we rented a moped in the village), as there is not much around. There is no breakfast, and the closest (basic) restaurants are 10-15 minutes walking. Checking in is annoying and there is 3-4% extra fees, as your card details provided through booking.com will be rejected, and the only way to pay is through razorpay, which adds fees. So prices on booking.com do not reflect the real price.

IndiaOur recent stay at this hotel left us feeling underwhelmed due to an over-reliance on technology that didn’t enhance our experience. Every aspect of the stay is managed through a browser-based app, which proved cumbersome: • Accessing the room required generating an 8-digit OTP every time, a lengthy and frustrating process. The door keypad buttons are quite small, making it easy to enter the wrong code. Eventually, we were given a tap key, which was far more convenient. • Basic room controls, such as lights, fans, and the air conditioner, were also managed through the app. This unnecessary extra step complicated what should have been simple tasks. • Even ordering items like coffee had to be done via the app. Most items, however, were shown as sold out until we called and requested them to update the inventory manually. While the idea of digitizing the hotel experience is commendable, the execution fell short. Having stayed at fully digital hotels like Yotel, I found this experience lacking, especially considering we are in a country like India, where personalized service and staff are affordable and widely available.
