The host - Sibu - was extremely helpful and friendly. He served a good breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs, cornflakes and toast. He was also helpful in organising our taxis, and our laundry. The room itself on the top floor, had adequate reasonably comfortable seating inside and outside. It had good air and a fan so was pleasantly cool. The bed was a bit hard. The bathroom had a water heater for the shower. WiFi good.

Bottom sheets and pillowcases were fine, however quilt had no cover and appeared not to have been washed for some time (this seems pretty typical of India though and we were very comfortable in our sleeping liners)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and location was close to the beach, wifi very good. Large rooms and hot water.

Can sometimes be quite noisy throigh the night with dogs and and other noises. But thays minor and cant be helped by the hotel staff here.

Benns in was decent, we liked the location. Rooms clean. Staff very helpful, Shibu was great with us and would go out hos way to help of we needed anything, always there to help. Would stay here again if was In Madrem area.

The hotel is just 5 min walk to Mandrem and Ashvem beach. In 4 km it has Arambol and Morjim beach. it is located at a very quiet and calm location, away from city hustle and noise.

Cons: They didnt put any dental kit, or even baisc shampoo pouches or soaps, Just a little bit of these things and this is a great place to live.

I had a short and sweet stay at Benn's Inn. The tarriff is fine and they have two great helpers Shibu and Sonu. They both tried our best to comfort us. Rooms were clear, its very near to Ashwin beach may be a 500 m walk. They have a facility where you can Zomato or Swiggy and the staff will deliver to your room.

The benns inn is an excellent resort for budget. The staff was really helpful and also local guide. The rooms were clean with excellent basic facility. The area is also safe.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to the nearby beach. Quiet space, the family room was more than enough for 2 adults and 2 kids; nice and friendly personal which can communicate in English.

Lovely spacious room and close to cafes , restaurants and beach. Kalpesh, who works there is really knowledgeable, helpful and lovely company. We’ve been travelling around India for a couple of months now and this is one of my favourite places that we’ve stayed.

The sound insulation in the rooms isn’t great, so I could hear my room neighbours very clearly. Although I think they also had their balcony door open a lot.

From the moment we entered, we had a great experience. Right from allowing us to check in early, and giving us a room upgrade- we were super happy with the service. Kalpesh and team were incredibly helpful and kind, 5 star service all around. Not to mention the breakfast was delicious too. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is on the road and it could get a little noisy at night. There was an ants problem in the bathroom but we could manage. Overall it was a pleasant stay and good value.

The room is big and bright, the bed was very comfortable. The a/c and hot water worked well. The manager, Kalpesh, was always nice and ready to help; we could choose the room and park our rented scooter in a safe place.

I loved the staff at this hotel. Jannat the manger is super kind and helpful as is everyone here. I really like my room and the location. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and it had a desk which as a writer was really useful to me. The air-conditioning was super good and the shower refreshing. The location was excellent too to reach the beautiful beach with many good places to relax to enjoy the ocean and have a nice meal. The hotel restaurant is also super good. Also, there is a nice covered terrace to practice yoga and meditate at this hotel. I highly recommend this place. Book it!
