PortugalThey don't really use the booking app, so be aware that when you reserve through booking you should also call them to confirm, otherwise you might have the surprise of not having a room when you get there or not have the room that you expected (it happened to our friends). On the other hand, they really try to make it right and accommodate everybody!
The staff was really kind and the food at the ashram was super yummy 😋

India1. Dampness in the wall. 2. Only one switch was there for charging and that too was not working. 3. Geyser was there but the main switch on/off power was with the owner. One has to call them every (early) morning for switching it on. It was too inconvenient & disappointing. 4. Electricity problem. 5. Too costly.

Location is very good, deluxe rooms with AC and geyser are big and pleasant compare to price, package tour in BARSANA, NONDRA. -GRAM , RADHA KUND, GOVARDHAN IN ERTIGA IS Fairly price because i own car and know how much cost to fuel and driver, most of the washroom should be upgraded with exhaust fan , commode shower , and and bathroom cleaning in regular interval is necessary , anyone Bengali like me can have Bengali meals opposite Bengali hotels in thali oppositeBharat sevashram Sangha , which is nearly 150 meters for this hotel . When I visit , hotel kitchen was closed so I opt that good option . If you behave nice then you receive good manners from hotel owner, it is not a Star hotel, So our expectation was likewise. Monkey is a real problem and hotel provides net to protect from monkey inside hotel . Banke Bihari ji , Raghunath ji, Nedhu bon all important age old attraction of Vindaban are nearby.. I STAYED 4 NIGHTS FROM 15/12/24 TO 19/12/24 . SO WE STAYED ONE NIGHT INCORRECT. NO BINDING OF EARLY ENTRY WITH IN 9-30 NIGHT LIKE WISE. IT GIVES SOME FREEDOM TO TRAVELLERS . BUT WITHIN 10: 30PM IT IS BETTER TO RETURN BACK HOTEL FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
