Yes one thing that happened we were cheated by taxi drivers. If the hotel could provide contact details of good honest taxi drivers it would be helpful to foreigners!

I did not expect this type of hospitality especially to ladies! The staff members are courteous, helpful and ready to provide any assistance! Sometimes we check in star hotels but do not receive such welcome!!

highly recommended, very clean and spacious room. the staff are very polite and helpful. The restaurant is very good and has reasonable prices. It is also located in a very good location in south Mumbai, close to many attractions. the bathroom is clean and has lots of hot water. The wifi is also very good. Sahil is very nice and he will help you with anything you want. If you’re going to Mumbai this is the place to stay.

Location was really good. Easy walk to my event over the weekend. Well connected to South Mumbai and Central Mumbai. Staff was super friendly and helpful and all my queries were answered promptly. Room was clean and well-maintained. WiFi had a strong connection.

Doesn't feel like a super safe area to walk at night, but honestly no real quarms, it was a great option fir my budget!

The hotel was so clean and tidy, the staff were amazing and helped for beyond what I'd usually expect. The restaurant attached is also great value and super tasty.

The bathroom lacks any surface area for storing toiletries. They should add a small shelf between wash basin and shower stall.

Not worth the money spent. At ₹6K+ this hotel is a waste. Not worth than ₹2K. The hotel rooms are small, but the bedding is clean and comfortable. At the reception, no briefings were given for the WiFi or breakfast - they just need the credit card. The customer has to enquire each time about every facility. The parking is horrible. If you need to take your car out, then they have to take out all the other cars. And they didn't have the keys to the cars when I was checking out. It took more than half an hour to sort it out. Horrible experience. The location is also bad - I took a wrong decision to walk around, and there is sewage water running and garbage all around. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7:30 AM (which is late) but arrived only at 8:00 AM.

This is just an okay hotel, I would give a 2* rating. Not worth the 4* that it claims.

Very noisy (thin walls and doors). Hot water was bit on and off, bathroom run down. Room service food was not great and expensive. Initially they gave me a room without a window, which was horrible

small rooms, no windows or windows that cannot be opened/ you are boxed in basically location also bit odd. opposite a cremation ground and slums behind. photos uploaded aren’t what you see on site.

horrible staff. had a male staff open my locked door twice within a span of 1minute when i already shouted out not to come in- he had no reason to come in the room in the first place. I was so TRAUMATISED. for 'service recovery' the lousy Manager bought me some snacks & a horrible tasting pizza from the cafeteria. i was booked an Uber by the staff for the Airport on the same day, but i had to pay for it.

Very small room.. Bed is very close to the wall... So if u want to get out of the bed, it is very difficult and no space for movement in the room. In Restaurant, only pizza and pasta available no any other choices...
