Great location, a quick autotaxi or walk from hotel in a prime area. Many taxi drivers or others said we were in a good area for tourists. Aamir in the tours desk was invaluable in helping us arrange transport and other tours when our preplanned tour fell through. He also helped us get our indian sim working we bought it at the airport, do not do that it is a scam but he was able to get it going. The room was comfortable, air conditioned with a nice snack bar.

none that I can think of. people who come via their own cars may not find a dedicated car parking and will have to park on the street. and Cafe Menu could have been made a bit quirkier.

The tour guy in the lobby wanted to sell us a lot of things and did not want to accept that we had planned other stuff already. The driver we got for one day in the end did not even speak proper English and communication was a bit hard.

Location close to CP and friendly staff. The Minibar always had water and drinks as well as some snacks what was really good.

Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel has a very user-friendly self check-in app, as well as a room service app. Location is great, in the center of the city. Hotel provides airport transfer. Breakfast was very good; the dining room is modern and well equipped.

I did not like the smell coming from the bathroom in the little tiny flies. I kept coming into my room and we’re crawling all around.

Light switch could be accessed only if we climb on to the bed which was very weird. Pillows very too soft and became flat when we laid down. Not very comfortable for side sleepers. No hair dryer in the room. We had to ask the reception for one. They only had 1 common hair dryer which we had to wait for since someone else had borrowed it. No coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. But it was available in the common lounge. No sound insulation in the rooms. The guests 2 doors down from ours used to chat and laugh until after midnight in the common lounge and disturbed our sleep. Each night I had to go out and request them to continue their chats in their rooms or the lobby in the ground floor. Hotel needs to have some policies regarding usage of common lounge at night and let the guests know at check-in. Service in the restaurant was too slow not only during breakfast but also during dinner when we were the only guests in the restaurant.

There was a common living area in our floor with free snacks and drinks which we could help ourselves to when peckish. Though there was no kettle in the rooms, there was a water dispenser with hot and cold water which was very useful since weather was cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed new and clean. Hotel was located 5 mins walk from Janpath metro station and eateries like Haldirams and Saravana Bhavan. About 20 mins walk from Connaught Place.

Wifi wasn't the strongest in the room. It's at the end of quite a seedy road. Not sure if that's what all of Delhi is like, so may be being a tad harsh. Quite expensive compared to the other hotels we're staying in whilst travelling through India.

The hotel was nice. Staff were very friendly and the place itself had everything you would need. As a tourist, Delhi can be pretty daunting at night, so it was nice to have a cafe/restaurant that served food/drinks without the need for exiting the hotel. Food was very good also.
