Very comfy bed. The large room was quite spacious, however the room arrangements were awkward and hence the bathroom is quite cramped. We love the snack bar on each floor and the water dispenser. It's a small gesture that elevates guest's experience. Their staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is not too far from the Connaught place, which has plenty of cafe, food and shops. It was about 15 minutes walk or around 50rs with auto-rickshaw.

It’s a reasonable place for the price they offering. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When I saw some other hotels of similar quality, this one is fine. I’m European/ Australian, we know the level of cleanliness is higher, so it’s not like our standard but I had a good night sleep there, bed was clean and that’s important to me. would I come here for long stay with partner and romantic holiday no, but as a stop over for business or connecting flight it’s a good place to be ….

I requested for a Iron and when it arrived - The Iron board was a mess / dirty and also the iron has stains and also some kind of coating - which got stuck to my t-shirt and spoilt it and even after proper dry cleaning the stain marks are still there (its an expensive one). All i am saying is that the brand is nice - cool and hence these small things can honestly spoil the experience !
The quirkiness of the brand and the color and the people. The breakfast area was so nice - i could be sitting there and have a nice time - may be doing my work or reading or something. had a nice vibe.
