We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaI had booked a suite. The bedroom ac doesn’t cool at all so I slept on the sofa on both nights. The bathroom was just too cramped. There was extremely low water pressure in the shower so taking a shower was a pain. The front desk guy in the evenings was very unfriendly and ‘almost’ rude.
Location and facilities were good. The breakfast was tasty with a decent spread.

TurkeyPricey, Staff at the reception does not smile, we stayed twice and he was same. We reserved for breakfast included, the staff presented as a take-away. But we found a package with plain bread and ketchup. It is like a child joke. Ridiculous!

United KingdomBloomrooms Hotel was cool and clean at all times. Staff were always available and happy to help. Your rooms are cleaned daily & have good AC. The tourist advisor at the travel desk in the hotel was excellent & very friendly - he helped organise a SIM card for our phones within minutes, and went above and beyond to not only help organise a guided tour of Delhi, but also for our time in Jaipur & Agra, all of which were great & at a very reasonable price. This truly is a great hotel to stay at, we would return & definitely recommend!! Thanks for a great stay on our first visit to India!

Location was great. Very central to Delhi and a few minutes walk to Connaught place which is very good for evening. The road it’s on look abit industrial but we were very safe walking up and down it and it is lit up at night. Room comfortable and clean with large bed. Facilities very good, free drinking water and snack and other amenities. Staff were super helpful and sorted out everything we asked, especially Latif.
