Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room design is not good with the wardrobe and refrigerator inside the bathroom area and the bathroom area overlapping with the room The price is very high and does not match the level of the hotel and its services.
The location is good as it is close to the airport.

It’s isolated from any shops or parks or anywhere to walk to.
It’s very close to the airport. A good selection on the menu for dinner with reasonably priced Indian wine. The food was excellent. Bed comfortable and a clean room.

Booking an Uber was very challenging as we were unable to locate the Hotel. The location coming up was 1 hour and 15 mins away. I had booked this as we had an early morning flight and needed to be near the airport. After discussion with the driver and numerous calls to his boss we eventually managed to get the correct location. During the drive to the hotel we turned down a very lonely road which appeared to be in the wilderness. If I had been a lone traveller I would have been very concerned. When we arrived at the hotel we were tired and hungry. We tried to order room service and were told the chef had gone home. The staff at the front desk were very apologetic however we went to bed hungry after a drink and a few potato crisps. I relayed my concerns to the Manager, she listened to our situation regarding the location of the hotel and we suggested putting the information on the website.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceptional during our stay. Maintenance was needed and was very prompt with helping us with the TV.

Breakfast buffet was not available as it was reserved for another party. Not sure why it was not opened to other guests. We were given an ala carte menu.

The food tasted very good, but the options were limited. Also, we expected buffet kind of breakfast, given the fact that it is a five star hotel, which was bit disappointing. The location was perfect, completely secluded from city life, probably one of the best places to chill out for a weekend.

The glass partition of the shower cubicle was not cleaned properly and has water stains from earlier occupancy which was an unpleasant sight.
Breakfast was very good. A la carte menu but there was something for everyone. Location was apt for those looking to stay close to the airport to avoid traffic. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The hotel itself was very quiet and serene, though full occupancy. They have a full fledged restaurant that serves delicious food. Staff were very courteous and willing to assist.

Food options are very limited and frankly overpriced !! Portion sizes are small and dishes are served without expected accompaniments. Food quality is decent though. You can't get a cup of tea or coffee until 7.30 am !! ( the tea / coffee maker in the room doesn't satisfy like ready made tea or coffee ). Breakfast was on a la carte basis. Service takes a long while. A small limited buffet would be nice to have with say eggs and dosas on order
Its a very nice club, with good facilities. It's impressive that their outdoor pool is temperature regulated ! General upkeep is good. All areas are very clean

Unfortunately the pool was closed for half our stay (and will remain closed until 31st March) for maintenance and we were only informed after a non-refundable booking was confirmed. If a pool is not important to your holiday, I would still recommended!
Great location if you are looking to escape the inner city. Clean, very comfortable, dead quiet and friendly staff. Breakfast was included which was handy aswell.

Was quite far in location to main Banglore (we did know this) Breakfast could have been improved, not a huge range. The evening dinner was excellent, but also a small menu. They only clean your room, if asked just to point out. We missed this one day.
Beautiful communal areas, nice clean pool. Relaxing atmosphere, which was just what we needed! If you are not looking to relax, you might find it a bit boring! Amongst the cleanest hotels we've stayed in India

Restaurant food was good, but took very long to arrive.
Beautiful location, hotel and facilities looked very nice. Room was comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very good. We had to leave early in the night for our flight, so we would miss breakfast (which was included in our reservation), so the staff prepared a small breakfast on the go for us. Staff was very friendly!

It is very far from restaurants. It is in the embassy compound. Also very quiet.
The pool is very nice and a good place to stay for a long lay over in Bengalore
