Wanted us to change rooms during stay to accommodate other guests arriving and the noisiest dogs barking all night.

Nice clean place. Staff were very accommodating as I was staying in the area due to having eye surgery. They helped provide an early breakfast and details of a taxi driver. Great shower. Near a few restaurants and not far to walk to the beach.

Loved watching the world go by from the 1st floor balcony. Spacious room, fridge was a great bonus. Communication was excellent. I really can’t fault this accommodation, the location is good and the beach at Majorda is fantastic.

There wasn’t much in the way of shops as many are closed or have limited opening hours If these were decorated in a light neutral colour inside they would be a lot more appealing and would look much bigger…..just a suggestion

There was no one available for service after we checked in and paid. Breakfast was not included. We stayed for 2 days so cleaning was only done on 1st day… after that staff directly came on checkout time. Before that they didn’t came to clean the room even after asking them to clean the room.

Room was not cleaned everyday.Sheets were not changed when room cleaned. A lot of dogs in the neighbourhood that would start up barking competitions at any time of day or night.

The property was not really like the description, when we arrived we were told we could use the washing machine and then in the morning after we had used it we were told we had to pay to do our own laundry 🤣🤣 The rooms were clean but smelt moldy, we got three rooms for five people. at least the washer was decent and got our clothes clean. See the picture below. 🤣🤣

Room was a little crowded - no need for the extra chairs and table!

It had everything we needed, a nice balcony, a kettle, hot water shower, a fridge, air con and a comfy bed! Great location and definitely check out The Pentagon for a wonderful evening dinner (about 1 minute away)!

It suited me but others looking for more nightlife would probably go for the centre or coast on the north side of Goa. I rented a scooter to get around which I’d recommend. There are a few dogs around prone to barking with little provocation. That was annoying.

I had a nice basic room which is what I expected. Located a short walk to the beach, nearby restaurants and bars, the best of them is The Pentagon where I ate most nights. Close to the airport.

Decent size room, modern design. Good location, restaurants nearby and not too far away from the beach. Nice size balcony and fridge. Easy check in. The premises was even nicer than the pics.
