The room looks very shabby, even the exterior of the building is shabby, the crowd not good and the worst part is the mattress seriously pathetic and the staff were not able to find my booking as well.

Except the location nothing can be liked, trust me do not book this hotel , stigma on the name of Treebo

Ambiance, mattresses in the room, no toilet paper, bathroom exhaust fan sparks, dust all around, bedsheets and sofas are not clean and faul smell, atmosphere is not family friendly.

I have booked the hotel since I had exam in Nagpur. They will make your booking On-HOLD and won't confirm your booking, its a trick so that you are forced to pay before and make your booking confirm. I had opted for complimentary breakfast, which I didn't get, I had to report to the exam center at 8 am and every after making multiple request they would not agree upon. They just stated breakfast will be available after 7:30am, I waited till 7:45, they have not provided me the breakfast. They charged 1600 rupees for a day and there was no cupboard in the room.TV remote not working. Wi-Fi didn't work for entire day, and I needed for my exam preparation. Mattress was not good for sleeping. Linens were dirty. I have asked for water bottle they have provided after 2 hrs. They only provided 2 small soaps and handwash and a towel. No shower caps, no sleepers. There were dengue mosquitos in the room, and I have to ask for mosquito repellent. Room has peculiar smell that can give headache.

Only good part is they have water supply in the bathroom and sanitary ware were good.

Bed size and mattress quality was really bad. It was feeling like sleeping on a wooden ply. Not at all comfortable. Room that was provided , was different from booked one through Booking.com . Not value for money. Food quality was worst with high price .

Except for the hot shower there was nothing good.price were high .Low quality mattress that you can find in the ashram or temples .hot water kettle was broken and dirty .The AC remote didn't have a battery .We asked for help from the staff for the luggage ,they said staff is not available.toilet and room wasnt clean .There was a smell in the rooms and outside the room.
