No room service or Kitchen but I knew that is in the ToS for OYO Hotels unlike Super OYO hotels.

The location was as close to Chennai Central Station while avoiding traffic. I was offered another room opposite immeadiately when there was an issue with the hot water in my original room.

The bedding had to be changed , it didn’t look or smell fresh , the new bedding smelt clean , however, it was stained and very old looking, it definitely needs replacing. The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor and the staff had a couldn’t care less attitude. I know this is budget accommodation, however, I have some minimum expectations of budget accommodation and this property met none of them .

The bed was comfortable, and the property is situated next to a chai and snack stall .
