The Rooms. Didnt get the room which i booked by viewing the pictures in Booking.com The rooms were shuffled and the room alloted to us was small,smelling,water logging was there in the bathroom. Failed at this point

Nothing to complain about

Great location in the quiet part of Patnem beach, close to the empty part of the beach, easy access to main road, local restaurants and yoga centers. The manager Gopala and his team are very service oriented, available, helpful. Huts are simple but roomy and clean. Hot water showers, no need for AC end of January. Food is healthy, fresh and abundant, service courteous but friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at CASA Beach Hut Resort. It was a memorable stay. Must stay if you are in South Goa. Staff behaviour was also good. Special thanks to Gopal ji for making our stay really enjoyable.

The photos look absolutely nothing like the photos (at all) we thought we were getting a boho beautiful designed beach hut and it was a shack with none of the items in the photo and a roof made of plastic. Moved hotel immediately to another resort further down the beach which was less than half the price and 100 times nicer. Resort is run down and shabby. Photos are insanely misleading

The Manager that registered me was not nice. He was abrupt and complained because I had a discounted price from Booking.com. He kept saying that I should pay more than 1.300 Rupiees per night. The huts are made like those in the slums, they have holes everywhere and rats can enter under the door, the toilet holes and the ceiling. At least the Ladies they keep the Huts clean but is not enough because there is a lot of rubbish outside the property all along the way to the entrance. Bar and Restaurant prices are higher than anywhere else and the Managers push continuosly the young boys to ask the clients to order food and drinks. If you are sitting in the only common area with a drink, they wait until you finish to come quickly ask if you want something else and if you order the same drink they comment if you don't want also something else. They always stare at clients all day long. They want you to spend money continuosly. At the checkout another "Manager" (the older man) didn't want me to pay with my Credit card, he said he must charge 30% more 😃 When they have seen I was very concerned they let me pay the right price with my card. Do not trust these Managers they only want Cash and don't have even the vague idea what does a real Manager not to loose customers.

The front beach location is the only thing I liked . The youngest boys were very kind and helpful. One carried my luggage all the way from main street.

There was a lot of building work going on and it was very noisy and dirty I have no doubt that after a little modernization to the Bar area and construction has finished Casa Huts will exceptional once again.

No parking facilities are provided. The room and amenities are not that good. The location is incorrectly given as Palolem, while the property is near Patneam Beach.

The place was not so clean. The bathroom has open net windows with no privacy... never know if someone peeps in at night. The accessibility to the property was very bad. I had to board 3 buses and take an auto to reach there. I don't think travelling by car would have helped as there were no access roads for cars to the resort either.

The staff were amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. The only good thing was it was quiet and the beach was right there.

Getting to the property is a bit of a struggle. The manager was so problematic and gave us a pin location about 1 km away from the property and then yelled at us for going elsewhere. It was pretty pathetic. That said, the other staff were really friendly, just the manager was a bit of a hothead. No additional provisions in the room - even water was paid.

Location - it's a beachfront property with open seating for restaurant. The food here is pretty cheap. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The stuffs..some of them never miss a chance to show attitude or even argue. It was really a new thing for us to experience.

The location, the foods were very good

We wanted to stay longer in the same cottage,we asked in the morning if it is possible.They told us - yes, afternoon.Than we went to trip and went back to accommodation in the evening to ask for cottage, they answered that they gave it to somebody else.So we got another small cottage for two days.After two days they told us that afternoon we could get cottage we wanted.In the evening they told us the same,they gave cottage to somebody else again and gave us another cottage with pissing smell....so,we decided to leave this property.Management is not good.The manager didn't even thank us after paying.Nothing,he didn't even say hello or sorry.We could choose rather something else.Also the price on booking is much higher than on the spot.You could find another accommodation.

Relatively expensive, I paid more than 2000 rupees for a low standard hut in the back (not beachfront, hols in the walls, insects, mold, dirt, etc. It is better not to book on booking.com and find a place on the beach because the prices are much higher on booking.com and you can see the room.
