Room was accessed by metal frame stair case. Check your bills was charged for items not ordered but was rectified when challenged.

If they put the same effort into the property as they do the rooms then it could be great. But sadly they seem neglected and in need of some tlc. Issues with water and pressure which were eventually fixed only for the drainage to struggle and leak to the bedroom. Untidy areas between buildings don’t help the look and feel compared to others nearby. It can be noisy due to proximity to kitchens. Still, the Staff were helpful and decent food on offer in the restaurant.

Booked for 3 days, ended up staying for 2 weeks. Excellent team who were incredibly helpful and friendly, just what you need at the beautiful Patnem beach. Can’t wait to return, thank you all!

The food was exceptional, location perfect, staff/service were amazing - they work so hard. Atmosphere very cool. Best beach front place on Patnem beach.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The cottages are lovely and near the beach, yet not in the super busy part of Patnem. The set up is spacious, and the people in Casa Beach Huts are amazing. Friendly, warm, welcoming - I felt like I was with my Indian family. Very caring. Very accommodating too, very flexible. They allowed me to check out later, to check in early. They were helpful and kind. There is lovely music in the restaurant, great service and tasty food. I wish I had longer!

Serene location on the end of Patnem beach. Attentive service and the quality of the food was outstanding and cheap. Very relaxing, chilled place would go again!

There was no seaview ,AC was not working, water came in room as it was raining, lights went off everytime

Over the 3 days that I spent there I never had hot water,I spoke to the guy on the front desk but to no avail, they kept turning the water off so had keep asking for it to be turned on but only cold water, an wasn't like described when booking online no wardrobe in the room to hang our clothes up we had to put them on the floor at night when we went to bed, n we had to pay a booking fee of 900 rupees for booking it with booking .com ,one night they forgot that I had ordered drinks so left me for quite some time.

The location was spot on ,nice beach n a short walk to palolem n shops n good restaurants in the street that gose down too the beach, the staff are very friendly n will help you any way they can n the food was excellent quality n good position's,the WiFi was very good an eating on the beach at night was vey nice n peaceful .

The air conditioning didn’t work properly, the room was tired and dated and as it was a sea view the sun made it unbearable to live in! Glad I only booked two days.

The room was not good. The shower leaked and formed a little pond straight to the room. Floor around leaking was already wet but the smell of mold was not yet very strong. The room is just above restaurant so the noice and smell of raw fish was quite unpleasant. They gave me a discount for the room, which was very welcome 🙏

Bit of noise from restaurant below but it's nothing too bad and shuts at around 11pm. Water pressure drops off if adjacent room is showering at same time.

Great location over looking the beach. Room and bed were very comfortable. The restaurant is directly adjacent and below the room and offers a good selection of food.

loud and badly mixed music every evening, running water is an issue, bedsheets are not clean, room hasn’t got enough space to store the minimum, upper rooms are just above the kitchen / dining area (very loud!) and do not have a proper wall; so you feel every movement of the guests in the bed of the next room, bottles are piling up in the morning … just stay away ;-)
