There is no board saying Hotel Cedar at thelocation, but the taxi, Uber people know the address so that still went ok.

breakfast was included as genius customer, but the staff was not aware of this. Also they dont have standard breakfast, you order and they cook for you so tell them little in advance. Location was perfect as we had gone to attend matches at the SMS indoor stadium.

We arrived late around 11pm – we booked two rooms and they gave us one. After clarification, we were eventually given two rooms. However the person at reception had to go through every vacant room to find us two clean rooms. You would assume that they would have done this preparation prior to our arrival. One room did not have a working AC and the other room's bathroom was covered in dead bugs. During the night loud noises were coming from the exterior of my room; people walking up and down outside the window, and what sounded like banging. The next morning when we asked about breakfast he said it was not included even though we paid for rooms + breakfast. We decided to leave and find a different hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. The location is not great, the staff are unorganized, the AC did not work, one room had dead bugs, and the other one had long hairs in the bed.

In short: -No terrace for the room -Mouse -Loud metal banging -Laundry fail So I wanted to book a place with terrace, i have put a filter on booking.com. Then I arrive and there is no terrace. There is a garden in front of the entrance though. When we had breakfast they brought us chairs and table but otherwise no furniture to sit down after all day going around in the city. Anyways after checkin I had a living mouse in my room so I changed rooms. Unfortunately my new room was close to the neigbour which is the service part of the wedding place. And after the events they are packing LOUD metal things until around 1 am so I couldnt sleep early the first 2 nights. Last night luckily there was no event. Then we gave our laundry and when we got it back almost all was stained with chloride and the compensation did NOT cover the cost of the clothes.

MR Jaga is helpful such as other members of the staff. Breakfast was nice. Bed was comfy. Shower was nice western

Well in my opinion no where is perfect. The breakfast was a little disappointing with only fruit offered one day, the blind in my room could not be raised so there was no natural light although in fairness I did not push the fact.

The location was very good, and during my stay a wedding was held at the neighbouring building. I was invited to view the function and made very welcome by both Guni Ram Jaga the hotel manager and the event manager during the wedding festival. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The shower was excellent and the bathroom large as was the bedroom. The greatest asset the hotel offers is the non selling of tours and the extremely honest approach to organising taxis and tuk tuk's at local rates. Further, Mr Guni Ram Jaga is contactable at all times via WhatsApp to help with transport whatever the requirement. My flight to Agra was cancelled and he and his colleague booked a train to replace the plane. When travelling anew to a country honesty, support and helpfulness is a quality of great value and one never to be underestimated.

Nothing! The wedding hall Veda, puts all such event halls in Miami Dade to shame! The detail and beauty is amazing. 5 star service at economic price. All of the staff are lovely and honest especially Mr Jagar and Paramveer and the head of events is a charming and generous man!

Hotel Cedar is not a tourist hotel per se nor is it right on or off MI road but it’s an easy 20 min bus ride into Ajmeri gate route and about 10 min rickshaw (20-40R(depending time of day/night)to Panch Batti Mr Singh chose wisely Mr Jaga as G.M. At this hotel no one pushes the sale of anything. Mr Jaga and his staff (Paramveer for instance) go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable and charged fairly for rickshaws. A modern and clean 9 room boutique type hotel, it’s part of a posh and GORGEOUS wedding destination and event hall. The crème of Jaipur and Delhi hold wedding receptions here, as well as other events. Crisp, clean sheets, a strong flow of water for great showers( a guilty pleasure as I’m aware of the water shortages and the extent and expense that hotels go to provide tourists with hot water. I ❤️ every min of my stay here. It’s easy to get around to my favourite spots around town. This is an upscale but unpretentious neighborhood. Khwaab sports bar is 10 min walk away, fills up with young locals and is esp busy during big sport game nights. As a solo female traveler, I especially appreciated returning home to this neighborhood and under Mr Jaga’s caring but unassuming watchful eyes. Central Park is close by for a quick morning run. Birla Mandir 10 min rickshaw ride away (20 to 30 rupees) Soldiers memorial 10 min walk. The chai is always piping hot and delicious as is the freshly made to order paratha and other small offerings. Tbh, I wanted to be away from the tourist path and tho I did encounter a few foreign and domestic tourists, it seems we each had the same idea of getting away from the main drag and enjoy peaceful moments when at the hotel while an easy ride into the Pink city or my favourite spot, Panch Batti.
