IndiaVERY FIRST... HOTEL NAME IS CHAND PALACE OYO HOTEL not super hotel O no anyone knows this name...The room and building are very old condition.. TV without recharge ...only 2 small soap and 2 towel given to room and service is over....no hot water available in room after demand staff give electric rod... In this winter time no slippers available in room..all electric boards are damaged...only one electric point available in room for mobile/laptop charge.
Staff behaviour and cooperation is excellent and appreciated...

Although it is not a 3/5 star hotel... Just in out side the 2 Egg with curry is 50... Even they do not have any kitchen, they took food from other Resturent

The staff had no idea about the booking from.booking.com asked us to pay extra. Asked us to cancel the booking and book from OYo and did not agree to the price again. Asked to pay extra again Whats the point of using booking.com and taking a long taxi to be there and pay almost the double of what we booked on

IndiaThe property itself was same as shown in image, but it was poorly maintained. The lighting was very dim, and the cleanliness was lacking. The photos posted online are accurate, but they appear to have been taken quite some time ago. The property needs proper upkeep. When I arrived, they were in the process of fixing electrical items like switchboards and plugs. The television was mounted on the wall, but without any connections, and it seemed to be non-functional. The linen and bed were old and unclean. When I requested fresh ones, the staff informed me that all their towels and quilts were the same. It was clear that the property wasn't being properly maintained. Additionally, there was no hot water after midnight, so if you checked out after 12 PM, they would provide a water heater rod, but there was only one for the entire hotel, meaning you'd have to wait in line for it. The lighting throughout the property was very dim, creating an unpleasant atmosphere, and it didn't feel like a family-friendly hotel at all. Furthermore, no complimentary water bottle was provided at check-in—you had to pay for that.
There was nothing to like, property should be maintained. Hotel has only one or 2 staff handling all guest, which was annoying. Not good for family stay.
