We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaIt's not a great deal, but they must correct the bad apples. One of the restaurant staff members' attitude and behavior was not so great. It's just one member, but that person can spoil the entire mood. In the hospitality business, it has to be dealt with.
Quality and size of the rooms. It has almost all the amenities that are required to have a decent stay. Significantly, the hot water shower and water quality is great. Their in-built restaurant serves quality, freshly cooked food.

SingaporeSuggestions : breakfast dishes need to be served hot. Pl make sure floors dont get sticky because of cleaning agents.
Clean, good size rooms and wheel chair accessible. In house dining was good and chef offered to make as per dietary requirements.
