This hotel is much better suited to group rather than individual visits as every day there were new groups who always seemed to be prioritized. The restaurant was never a pleasant experience, either because of the large group numbers when food became quickly unavailable, the staff seemingly unwilling to replenish and many other guests who disrespected my wife's disability and made it difficult for her to visit the servery in her wheelchair. Personally, I really don't think instant coffee should be the only choice in a hotel.
Really quite an old-fashioned style hotel, but comfortable enough. Staff attentive and helpful, other than in the restaurants. The room was OK, although I would have preferred an updated with better power supply for changing multiple electronics.

It is one of the oldest property in Varanasi. However rooms and furniture does not seem to have been renovated to modern times. Also rooms are not very spacious.

The service at breakfast is very inefficient. if we order some thing it takes too long to come. I can understand if the restaurant was full but that was not the case here. the staff is too lethargic.
This hotel had old world charm which me and my husband loves. The layout is good and rooms are massive. they surprised us with chocolate pastries and cookies. this gesture was very good.

Rooms are a bit tired. The room hadn't been cleaned properly but they fixed that quickly.
A good hotel in the new part of Varanasi. Rooms are large and comfortable. Location is great for exploring the new town. Traffic means it's not ideal if you want to visit the older part of town and the ghats Helpful and welcoming staff It has a lovely pool .

Very busy hotel with tour groups which is ok as they managed them ok but we tend to avoid tour groups where possible

The WiFi didn’t work in my room. Breakfast was good, but I wouldn’t recommend for dinner. The bar was small and not really used
The location was good. It was away from the hustle and bustle and convenient to the airport Staff are very helpful. Excellent service. We got a Rickshaw easily outside and they took us on a tour the first day.

The hotel is old so needs bit of upgrade. Few things like one lift working
the location was good in the city. Major attractions were less than 10 kms. Not very crowded. Staff was good and greeted everytime. Front desk could get better. It was busy time.

Housekeeping staff could be a little more helping. Hotel should be more infant friendly with more help in Terms of food, hygiene and sterilisation needs.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Sachin and Atik were quite helpful.

Swimming pool is like outside the main building. So you end up not using it’s and also property is a bit old though they have managed it well. Doesn’t like the food that much though. Options in breakfast could have been more

It’s a bit old and specially they need to change their sitting furniture in lobby area. It’s way out of trend. Dining area also is very outdated.
It’s clean and location is though a bit far from Kashi Vishwanath temple but it’s located in a good area which is neat and clean.
