Not a huge thing, but noticed some dust on the wall and small stains on the pillow (not dirt, more like colour maybe from other linen). But overall nothing to complain about. I'm sure the staff would have changed it for me if I had asked, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

The most important thing worth mentioning is the awesome staff! Always ready to help, very accomodating, available 24 hours, and they really go the extra mile. Nagaraju, Pooja...in fact all of them! They made the overall experience awesome!

We needed a hotel near the airport in Bangalore. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious. Welcoming service Many of the electrical outlets did not work. The water tap holder in the bathroom was broken. The meals were not at all adapted to Western tastes. There is a construction site in front of the hotel and the workers were noisy early in the morning.

There might be challenges in getting an Uber very early morning or late in the evening.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room and bathroom were both clean, and the amenities were just right. The location was very convenient, being close to the airport (10 min driving), and I appreciated the fast, reliable internet connection. The beds were also comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel staff helped us in the very early morning to get a local taxi as Uber was not available at that moment.

It was hard to get to the location as there are three hotels with similar names in the same area. Possibly they need to tie up with Google maps and help fix this.

There isn’t much around the hotel and there is currently a lot of construction going on just outside the building Some staff were very unhelpful. Two reception staff one on check and another on check out were not welcoming or helpful.

The beds were lovely and comfortable. Lovely ambient temperature in the room. Clean. Convenient location short drive from the airport which was ideal for our quick stop off.

We had a big mix up with our meal with chicken put into the veg meal and no chicken in the non veg meal. Breakfast buffet was very good however.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is an excellent spa there which provided us with a fabulous massage. We were disappointed that we could not have a glass of wine with dinner as this is a dry hotel. Overall this was an excellent stop for one night before a flight.

So close to perfect. We ordered a taxi for 4am back to the airport when we checked in, we even phoned to confirm later, but at 4am no taxi had been ordered. Although the team got one within 15 mins, it was still frustrating.

I would still book this hotel again, it's the closest to the airport, it was quiet, bed was comfortable and shower was best we had in India.

In the middle of a building site and extremely difficult for driver to find entry. WiFi exceptionally difficult to start. Toilet did not flush. Ordered an airport shuttle for 4 am and double checked the booking. However, when we came down at 4 am it had not been booked. This for an airport hotel is hopeless!
