Internet Issue has to be resolved on an urgent basis. Otherwise transit passenger life be difficult. Bath room also not giod. Shower protection not enough. Water splashes everywhere. Used body bath was kept. Like all hotels keep small size toilteries.. This area has to be improved

Facility is good. Staff is good. Breakfast and lunch is very good. Most disturbing was internet connection. I was an International passenger. I reached 3 Am in the hotel. Wi-Fi was not working. So difficult to make calls. Indian SIM was not getting. Proper range. They said they are trying to resolve the issue. But until I check out the issue was not resolved.

Airport pick up: Booking.com confirmed the pick up and free of cost. Post booking, my credit card was declined so had to call the hotel. Then realized that booking.com’s response meant zilch 😊. I was asked to send them a mail request with flight details again( already provided while booking) and the ride will cost INR 630, not FoC. Further, on landing I was to call their number from airport and then only they send a pick up. So I had to wait for a while. Worse, I had to share the cab with another guest, yet the charge remain the same. You need to sort this mess up guys. On the other hand your arrangement of a car for me for the day to travel around blore and the airport drop off at 3 am were brilliant and dot on time.

My only minor criticism of the hotel was that it states that breakfast starts at 7.00am. However this was not the case and it is probably starting at 7.30am. I know this because I had an early morning flight and was hoping to get some quick breakfast before getting taxi at 7.15. However I was politely told that breakfast won’t start till 7.30 and other guests had also come down at 7.00 and were told the same.

I was looking for a good hotel near Bangalore airport and I am very happy I chose this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff- the front desk were excellent and also the young man security guard was polite. The hotel restaurant was clean and efficient, food was good. Our waiter was very professional but needs to smile a bit more :) Wifi was excellent, and also the room service. The driver from hotel to airport was very knowledgable and also knew some short cuts to get past the traffic at the airport which was great.

No guiding sign boards for directions from the roadside. Exorbitant pricing of snacks and mini fridge beverages made available inside the room. I was charged Rs. 177/- for products of MRP value 50/-. Unavailability of SWIMMING POOL as mentioned in the AMENITIES.

Proximity to the AIRPORT which was the main purpose of our visit. Neat, clean and tidy rooms with everything needy, topped up with warm and cooperative staff in all levels.

The staffs were courteous and helped with check-in and check-out. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and had all the amenities for a good overnight stay. The wifi service was good. We had an early morning flight. The hotel helped in organizing a taxi. As a whole, it was a pleasant overnight stay with the family members. I would not hesitate staying there next time.

A strong smell of smoke in a non smoking room. After complaint also, no action taken to change the room. Front office did not care.

There was no view at one side of the hotel as very near to the next bulding.

There is nothing around the hotel that recommends it as a place to stay for more than one night.

The place completely suited my purposes. I need a place for one night after arriving on a very late flight. The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged a pickup at the airport at 1AM. The late checkout allowed me to sleep off the late night and jetlag.
